I am one of the silent majority that have a lot of issue with them but never wrote a complaint... I am sure that the number might reach the hundred thousand and above if we were all to write our complaint.

If my 90 year old dad falls he can't get up. If his cell phone doesn't work he can't call for help. They have disconnected his service three times due to a clerical error that keeps repeating itself. Every time we call them they say they are sorry and that the problem has been fixed. But then a few weeks later they disconnect it again. If he dies because of this there will be consequences.
