????????近日,特斯拉車主上海車展維權(quán)一事持續(xù)發(fā)酵。21日深夜,市場監(jiān)管總局、中國消費者協(xié)會相繼就特斯拉消費者維權(quán)事件做出回應(yīng)。
The central authorities have called on Tesla to respect Chinese consumers and comply with local laws and regulations, following the electronic vehicle maker's belated apology for its attitude toward customer complaints.

????????據(jù)市場監(jiān)管總局網(wǎng)站消息,近日,上海車展上特斯拉車主維權(quán)引發(fā)廣泛關(guān)注,市場監(jiān)管總局高度重視,已責(zé)成河南省、上海市等地市場監(jiān)督管理部門依法維護(hù)消費者合法權(quán)益。同時,強調(diào)企業(yè)要切實履行質(zhì)量安全主體責(zé)任,為消費者提供優(yōu)質(zhì)安全的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。
The State?Administration?for Market Regulation said on Wednesday that it attaches great importance to the incident and has instructed the related market supervision departments to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers in accordance with the law.
Companies ought to resolutely fulfill their responsibilities in ensuring quality safety and provide consumers with premium and safe products and services,?said?the?administration.?

????????中消協(xié)21日表示,近日,有關(guān)特斯拉消費者維權(quán)事件引發(fā)熱議。中消協(xié)對此高度關(guān)注。中消協(xié)認(rèn)為:
????????企業(yè)經(jīng)營的首要前提是尊重消費者。面對消費者的投訴,企業(yè)要認(rèn)真傾聽,真誠協(xié)商,給消費者合理的解釋和有效解決方案。作為汽車生產(chǎn)者,企業(yè)掌握相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),應(yīng)當(dāng)利用專業(yè)知識嚴(yán)格自查,技術(shù)優(yōu)勢不應(yīng)成為解決問題的阻礙。
Respecting consumers rights is the most important prerequisite for companies' operations, the China Consumer Association (CCA) said on Wednesday.
The CCA also mentioned that?businesses need to pay attention to consumers' complaints, initiate proper investigations and present consumers with reasonable explanations and effective solutions, urging carmakers to use their professional knowledge for strict self-inspections.

????????企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)依法落實產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量責(zé)任,采取有力措施保護(hù)消費者安全權(quán)益。企業(yè)有義務(wù)拿出證據(jù)證明產(chǎn)品安全、拿出措施提升產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)質(zhì)量、拿出誠意解決涉及到的消費者訴求。

▌鄭東新區(qū)市場監(jiān)督管理局:
責(zé)令特斯拉提供事故前30分鐘行車數(shù)據(jù)
????????4月21日,針對特斯拉車主上海車展維權(quán)一事,河南省鄭州市鄭東新區(qū)市場監(jiān)督管理局回應(yīng):責(zé)令特斯拉汽車銷售服務(wù)(鄭州)有限公司無條件向張女士提供該車發(fā)生事故前半小時完整行車數(shù)據(jù)。
Earlier on Wednesday, the market regulator in Zhengdong New District of?Zhengzhou, Central China's Henan province?ordered Tesla's Zhengzhou sales firm to provide unconditionally all driving data for the 30 minutes prior to the crash of one of its vehicles.

▌特斯拉再回應(yīng):將提供車輛原始數(shù)據(jù)
????????21日深夜,特斯拉官方微博再次回應(yīng)稱,21日下午,特斯拉已主動與鄭州市市場監(jiān)督管理局聯(lián)系并匯報相關(guān)情況,特斯拉愿意全力配合,提供事發(fā)前半小時的車輛原始數(shù)據(jù)給第三方鑒定機構(gòu)或政府指定的技術(shù)監(jiān)管部門或者消費者本人。
????????同時懇請鄭州市市監(jiān)局指定權(quán)威的、有資質(zhì)的第三方檢測鑒定機構(gòu),開展檢測鑒定工作,早日還原真相。
Tesla responded around midnight in a statement on its official Sina Weibo account that it actively contacted the market regulator in Zhengzhou and reported the situation to the regulator on Wednesday afternoon.
Tesla said it is willing to fully cooperate and provide the requested driving data to third-party testing institutions, government-assigned technology regulatory agencies or the consumers. It also pleaded for the Zhengzhou market regulator to assign prestigious and qualified third-party testing facilities to begin the assessment process and restore the truth as soon as possible.

Tesla pledged to cover all the expenses for the assessment and will accept the judgment in spite of the results.
