???????成元德，國家一級美術(shù)師、現(xiàn)任全國書畫藝術(shù)委員會副主席、中央軍委后勤保障部金盾影視中心書畫院常務(wù)副院長、《人民日報(bào)》民生書畫藝術(shù)院副院長、臺灣故宮書畫院名譽(yù)院長、澳門畫院副院長、香港特區(qū)文化藝術(shù)總會榮譽(yù)主席、海南省文昌市航天國際影視中心書畫院副院長等職。

???????成元德出生于南通，年幼時(shí)全家其他親人均舉遷臺灣省，因其年幼，獨(dú)自留在大陸隨奶奶生活。自小酷愛書法和繪畫，一生可謂與筆為友。創(chuàng)作各類書法作品不計(jì)其數(shù)，并斬獲“中國藝術(shù)百花獎(jiǎng)”、“香港回歸祖國20周年全國詩書畫創(chuàng)作大賽”金獎(jiǎng)、“共和國金紫荊獎(jiǎng)”金獎(jiǎng)；“國家非物質(zhì)文化藝術(shù)傳承獎(jiǎng)”金獎(jiǎng)等諸多獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。被授予2021年全國“百家爭鳴杯”書畫藝術(shù)大賽一等獎(jiǎng)、“國家非物質(zhì)文化藝術(shù)傳承人”、“祖國和平統(tǒng)一特別貢獻(xiàn)人物”等榮譽(yù)稱號。書畫作品先后由美國、日本、加拿大、英格蘭，法國等國際友人、博物館以及中華人民共和國外交部永久收藏。

Cheng Yuande was born in Nantong. When he was young, the rest of his family moved to Taiwan Province. Because he was young, he stayed alone in the mainland to live with his grandmother. He loved calligraphy and painting since he was a child, and he has been friends with pens all his life. He created countless calligraphy works of various kinds, and won the "Chinese Art Hundred Flowers Award", the "Hong Kong's 20th Anniversary of the Return of the Motherland National Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Competition" gold medal, "Republic Golden Bauhinia Award" gold medal; "National Intangible Culture and Art Inheritance Award" gold medal And many other awards. He was awarded the first prize of the 2021 National "Hundred Schools of Contending Cup" Painting and Calligraphy Art Competition, "National Intangible Culture and Art Inheritor", "Special Contributor to the Peaceful Reunification of the Motherland" and other honorary titles. The paintings and calligraphy works have been in the permanent collections of international friends, museums and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China in the United States, Japan, Canada, England, France, etc.
