2020年受疫情的影響，AHO奧斯陸建筑與設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院發(fā)布了線上畢設(shè)展，以展示學(xué)術(shù)研究成果。UXD將對(duì)本次AHO奧斯陸建筑與設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)展進(jìn)行全面報(bào)道，幫助國(guó)內(nèi)同學(xué)更好更快地了解海外一手設(shè)計(jì)成果。

2020?AHO設(shè)計(jì)展Interaction design+Service design專業(yè)共有14組設(shè)計(jì)。同學(xué)們可以通過(guò)欣賞這些作品了解海外最新設(shè)計(jì)動(dòng)態(tài)、尋找設(shè)計(jì)靈感、了解設(shè)計(jì)先鋒趨勢(shì)，不斷提升自身設(shè)計(jì)水平。以下為14組設(shè)計(jì)成果全播報(bào)。

01?Perfit - Finding the perfect place

Perfit is a mobile app which helping university students to find their “perfect place” at the campus, where meets their changing needs of function, sense and emotion.

The app is connected to school's information system, using the data of in-building sensors. It shows real-time status of every corners, make prediction based on historical data, also learns user’s preference to give customized suggestion.

02?Anti- Filter Bubble?Collaborators

Anti- Filter Bubble is a collaborative project with Schibsted, exploring ways a digital news service can help counteract the filter bubble.The project consists of 3 proposals: VG-explainer, Absorbable Headlines(VG-Nudge), and Competency Tracker. The proposals explore ways to utilize personalization to detect what information readers are lacking, instead of reinforcing their preferences by feeding them with the information they want to consume.?

VG-explainer is a summary provided to readers without sufficient reading history on a specific case. Absorbable Headlines are counter-personalized articles presented in the form of ‘fun facts', which appear among personalized articles. Competency Tracker is gamification based on reading history, encouraging users to keep updated with current issues.

03?Crumple

Crumple is a messaging app that allows you to send short messages to a select number of friends that are nearby. But beware, because other people nearby might “l(fā)isten in” to your conversations.

Starting with the metaphor of “passing of notes in class”, you to pass virtual notes to members of your group. You also have ability to intercept notes from other groups, and other groups can intercept the notes you send. The sender is always anonymous, even amongst your own group, and since you only can pass notes to people within a short radius, deciphering who passed the note is part of the game.?

04?Search is your virtual assistant

This project is using enterprise search as your virtual assistant. It gives you the information you want and you need.

Enterprise search is searching for massive and various types of files within the company, that is much richer than web pages. Finding is hard then. However, today’s technology is more intelligent to understand what your search preference and your intend.

This project focuses on novices, which means searching contents that are not in your domain expertise. The challenges for them are “I don’t know what I don’t know, what should I search for” and "There is too much information, how should I find it?" Generally, I have two parts of proposals to deal with. One is query suggestion when you are typing, the other is different ways of getting information in the result page.

05?LearningFast - Personalised recommendation in Microsoft Office

LearningFast aims to help newbies to the job who only have a basic grasp of Microsoft Office skills to get improvement without spending hours and hours watching lists of tutorials.

By comparing their usage data with their colleagues’, the system could suggest them with some practical keyboard shortcuts, as well as some helpful ribbon commands ignored by them but effectively used among his colleagues.

Skiforeningen is a well-known association facilitating for outdoor sports. They have great knowledge and information (maps, descriptions, pictures, etc) about the nature areas of Oslo - known as Oslo-marka.

Insights in this project shows that current methods for planning a hike and getting into the nature is time-consuming and overwhelming. Covid-19 became an exception, a large amount of people suddenly sought the peaceful nature.?

Hiking is free of charge and comes with a lot of health benefits. It's activity important to maintain. How can Skiforeningen use their knowledge to provide hiking suggestions for people who aren't familiar with Oslo-marka? Is it possible to quickly inspire people into new areas of Oslo-marka?

07?Space

Space is a cloud-based communication and collaboration tool for remote work within sMall teams. It fits naturally with the rest of your Menu Bar items and supports hotkey commands. All your work is autosaved which you can access with your Apple ID account. Space is available on MacOS and iOS and allows you to sync wherever you’re using macOS’ Handoff feature.

Space was invented as a response to the difficulty that remote work brings. We believe that the information overload on our devices harms our productivity. We wanted to create something that would fit our needs without adding the unnecessary digital noise. We wanted to improve our own collaboration by minimizing distractions and help ourselves stay focused.

08?Interactive storytelling

This project explored how news is presented in a way that the novice reader can appreciate, the delivery is focused on the context and purpose of what has been transMitted.

The solution is an extension of VGs already existing app, delivering news over a longer periode of time and gives the reader an overview of long-lasting stories. A page with collected information about one singel case, including the most important information you need to know and the possibility to follow the story as the case develop.?

09?Fellesskapet

Fellesskapet is an app for distributing clothes in a shared wardrobe with your flatmates or friends. Sharing clothes is a nice way of decreasing the need to go shopping, and to make sure your outfits are used more than just once or twice.

10?Personal Record

We live in the age of distraction where everything is happening now and we are expected to be in several places at the same time, often more than one self at a time. This results in generating multiple digital identities that leads to context collapse as we are lacking a coherent individual expression of self. In the meantime, the algorithms are collecting our data and slowly hacking us as humans. In this self-driven project, I took an experimental approach and explored how digital media affect our identities & sense of self. Personal Record is an idea for an application and plug-in that tracks your digital imprint and with the help of machine learning algorithms, predicts?your personality & habits. It explores our relationship to the data we leave behind as a result of media consumption.

Attention training based on mindfulness techniques improve distress tolerance and promote resilience in children and youth. Several studies have shown that metacognitive techniques can ease depression, anxiety, chronic pain and insomnia. Ongoing studies are also testing this kind of attention-training for children with ADHD where children are training with their parents. In this project I have been exploring how this could be implemented in an application as a part of the bedtime routine.

14?Municipal responses to COVID-19?

The goal with this four week module ?was to explore ways for employees in municipalities to learn from each other and co-operate across organizations. The crisis of covid-19 is a shared situation where the municipalities have common challenges in keeping their citizens safe and healthy. The students interviewed employees from 11 municipalities and bydeler and explored challenges, opportunities and cultures in different municipalities and combined and connected them in a way that was useful for employees in municipalities in dealing with the corona-situation. The outcome was five different concepts on how employees in municipalities can improve their competence and skills in tackling complex challenges together. ?All activities were conducted digitally using Zoom and Miro.
