寫開發(fā)信之前， 最重要的是忘記我們中國人的行文和思維方式。

當(dāng)你的開發(fā)信寫的已經(jīng)看不出是出自中國人之手，那時候你就出師了。

開發(fā)信你必須明白的10點(diǎn)

1.郵件不能寫的過長

2.要有明確的主題

3.切忌長篇大論的介紹公司/工廠

4.不要炫耀英文水平

5.少用奇奇怪怪的字體

6.主動語態(tài)不要用的太多

7.不要問毫無意義的問題

8.最好不要有附件和圖片

9.慎重插入U(xiǎn)RL鏈接

10.語氣不能過于生硬

下面來看幾個示例：

不好的示例1：

Dear Katherine:

This is C from DEF Co. Ltd. in Shenzhen. Very glad to

write to you here! It's my pleasure to be on service of

you if possible!

Firstly, let me introduce my company in short.

We're ........... (長篇大論的公司介紹，寫了整整兩大段，

這邊就不貼了)

Our products are very popular in both global market

and domestic market. Welcome to visit our company if

you have time! We'll arrange the car to pick you up

from the airport. It's convenient to our company, just 50

kilometers! Our goal is......(這邊是寫公司的宗旨，什么

質(zhì)量第一，服務(wù)優(yōu)良之類的，總之都是些廢話)

不好示例2：

Hey guy,

XYZ trading here, exporting glassware with good quality and low price in US.

Call me, let's talk details.

Rgds,

Rick

如何書寫：

1）開頭Dear Sir/Madam，最好不要這樣寫，如果知道客人名字，最好把名字寫上，會給他一種尊重的感覺。

2）I'm glad to know you. 是典型的Chinglish，就是中國式英文，盡量用歐美人的寒暄方式，不要用中國式問候硬翻成英文，很別扭的。

3）This is Tracy Lee from GF glassware factory. 這句話沒錯，但是為了突出工廠，最好寫成GF Glassware Factory.

4）We are the producer of high quality red wine glass , white wine glass ,glass candleholders,votives,glass tableware and so on.

這句話是不是有點(diǎn)長？如果要寫長句，最好用一下從句，結(jié)構(gòu)上會比較分明，看上去舒服一點(diǎn)。另外producer這個詞視覺沖擊力沒有manufacturer強(qiáng)。

5）I attached our e-catalog for your reference, 首先這是一整句話，最后要用句號，不是逗號。還有，你郵件里第一人稱太多了，先是I，再是We，現(xiàn)在又是I開頭的句子，句型太單調(diào)了，會讓看的人覺得很無聊。如果換成"Attached our e-catalogue for your reference!"或者"Enclosed our e-catalogue for your review!"是不是會稍微好一點(diǎn)？

6）Any demands please kindly contact with us. 一開始就談“需求”是不是太直接了？如果換成有任何問題，請隨時聯(lián)系我們，會不會更加委婉一些？
