        現(xiàn)在大家看到的就是Arcaea里面的第一個(gè)主線(xiàn)故事——Hikari的PRAGMATISM篇。

        中文翻譯雖然是我自己做的，不過(guò)我個(gè)人沒(méi)法保證質(zhì)量，所以貼上游戲的英文原文，讓大家自己對(duì)照著看一下。如果認(rèn)為我的翻譯有什么錯(cuò)誤，還請(qǐng)指正，謝謝。

        那么，正文開(kāi)始。

PAST

       Her first impression was that she’d awakened to a cloud of glass butterflies.

       “How pleasant,” she thought, ”that these figures can move as well. Where are the strings?”

 

       她醒來(lái)時(shí)，第一眼看到的就是一些玻璃做的蝴蝶。

       “真是令人愉快的景象，”她想，“這些碎片似乎還能移動(dòng)，是有什么線(xiàn)在牽連著它們嗎？”

 

       She sat onto her knees, fixed her dress, and found that there were no strings, and these were not butterflies. Glass shards, flying on their own: ”Delightful!” she felt, and so she said it.

 

       她彎下膝蓋，扶好連衣裙，卻沒(méi)看到任何線(xiàn)。而且這些也不是蝴蝶，只是一些能夠自己飛行的玻璃碎片?！昂每蓯?ài)！”她注意到的時(shí)候，嘴里冒出了這樣的話(huà)。

 

       The glass reflected another world than the one in white surrounding her. In it she could see reflections of seas, cities, fires, lights; she rose her hand to scatter them, and laughed in joy.

 

       這些玻璃碎片反射出了另一個(gè)世界的光景，而不是她所在的那個(gè)滿(mǎn)是白色的世界。透過(guò)這些反射，她看到了海洋、城市、火焰、燈光；她揮起手，將碎片驅(qū)散開(kāi)來(lái)，并高興地笑了起來(lái)。

 

       She didn’t know these pieces of glass had a name: Arcaea .

       To tell the truth, they were so beautiful that it didn’t matter the name.

       She enterained herself by touching them, swirling them, watching them. That was enough, no?

 

       她并不知道這些玻璃碎片其實(shí)有一個(gè)名字：Arcaea。

       說(shuō)實(shí)在的，它們太過(guò)于美麗以至于無(wú)需用名字來(lái)形容。

       她通過(guò)撫摸它們，打旋它們，觀察它們來(lái)讓自己感到撫慰。這就已經(jīng)足夠了，不是嗎？

 

       There were six questions to ask: who, what, where, when, why, and how.

       Of these questions, she asked none and desired no answers, content instead to bask in the glow of Arcaea.

       This was her meeting with a new world.

 

       這里有六個(gè)問(wèn)題需要解答：這些碎片究竟是什么，是在什么時(shí)間，什么地點(diǎn)，由什么人親手做出來(lái)的，為什么要做出這些，又是怎么做出來(lái)的。

       對(duì)于這些問(wèn)題，她沒(méi)有說(shuō)出口，也沒(méi)有渴望得到答案，僅僅只是透過(guò)Arcaea的反射的光芒探知里面的內(nèi)容。

       這是她與一個(gè)新世界的會(huì)面。

PRESENT

       But questions come inevitably.

 

       然而問(wèn)題還是不可避免地出現(xiàn)了。

 

       The girl stands amidst the spiral of glass and wonders, “But really, what are these?”

Portals? Windows? Memories?

 

       這個(gè)女孩站在由玻璃碎片組成的螺旋當(dāng)中，感到迷惑，“但是……說(shuō)真的……這些到底是什么呢？”傳送門(mén)？窗戶(hù)？記憶？

 

       This last answer, “memories”, strikes a chord with her. “They’re memories,” she says, faintly. And like that, her questions stop.

 

       這最后一個(gè)猜測(cè)，“記憶”，扣動(dòng)了她的心弦?！斑@些是……記憶……”她說(shuō)出口了，聲音很微弱。在這之后，她就沒(méi)有任何疑問(wèn)了。

 

       For some reason, this is a place all full of memories. Whose memories, or of what, she can’t tell for certain, but her questioning has already ended.

 

       由于一些原因，這個(gè)地方充滿(mǎn)了很多記憶，但這些是誰(shuí)的記憶，又具體是什么記憶，她沒(méi)法準(zhǔn)確地說(shuō)出來(lái)。但不管怎樣，她的問(wèn)題已經(jīng)結(jié)束了。

 

       For some reason the glass follows her. She can’t hold any of it, but it comes to her nonetheless. On a whim, she decides she will begin gathering it.

 

       不知道為什么，這些玻璃碎片一直在跟著她，她沒(méi)有抓住任何一塊玻璃碎片，但它們一直與她形影不離。憑著一時(shí)的興致，她決定開(kāi)始收集所有玻璃碎片。

 

        Piece by piece.

        For no reason at all.

 

       一片一片地。

       不帶任何目的地。

FUTURE

       Without a clock, she has no sense for how many days or hours she has walked, but there is a new certainly in her head…

 

       由于沒(méi)有時(shí)鐘，她并不知道自己走了幾天或者幾小時(shí)，但她的腦子里卻記下了更多新奇的東西……

 

       There is beauty in a memory, that’s what she finds herself believing. Thinking about it, a memory is never certain, can change with the times, and yet is the nearest thing to a concrete piece of the past. It can be bitter or sweet, and she thinks in either case they’re quite enchanting.

 

       她發(fā)現(xiàn)了她自己所相信的美麗的記憶。仔細(xì)一想，記憶本身就是不確定的東西，它可以隨著時(shí)間改變自身，但它總是最接近過(guò)去的具體的事物。它可以是苦澀的，也可以是甜蜜的，但她認(rèn)為不管是什么情況，這些記憶都很迷人。

 

       For now she will see what memories she can, of these other places and people, and appreciate them for their beauty. In the first place, these Arcaea flicker and glow splendidly in this strange and ruined world.

       It’s easy to fancy it all, and that they show memories makes it easier.

 

       現(xiàn)在，她能看到她所看見(jiàn)的這些記憶，能看見(jiàn)其他地方和其他人，并借此欣賞它們的美麗。從一開(kāi)始，這些Arcaea就閃爍著華麗的光芒，在這個(gè)陌生且荒蕪的世界當(dāng)中。

       這一切其實(shí)是很容易想象得到的，不然它們就不會(huì)那么容易地反映出記憶。

 

       Humming, hands aloft, and stepping down broken paths, she brings what seems to be memories fit for an entire world with her, following behind in a shining stream. Memories of an ugly, pretty world…

 

       她哼唱著，將手高舉著，在破碎的路徑上行走著。這一整個(gè)世界的記憶都被她帶著——不如說(shuō)是跟在她的后面閃閃發(fā)光，在這個(gè)丑陋與美麗并重的世界當(dāng)中……

 

       “How nice…” She sighs, she smiles, and serenity becomes her, it seems, too well.

       But there ‘s nothing to worry about.

       A pleasant, simple world like this need only be pleasant. Nothing more.

 

       “多好啊……”她嘆了口氣，之后又露出笑容，這樣寧?kù)o如她，實(shí)在是太好了。

       但并沒(méi)有什么是可以擔(dān)心的。

       一個(gè)愉快、簡(jiǎn)單的世界所需要的僅僅只是愉快，而不是其它的什么東西。
