二、Reaction characteristics：

環(huán)(D-纈氨酸-L-脯氨酸)是一種無色液體，不溶于水，能與乙醇、乙醚、丙酮、苯混溶。用作色譜分析標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)。

Cyclo(D-Val-L-Pro)含有纈氨酸和脯氨酸的環(huán)二肽，二肽是由兩個(gè)氨基酸脫水縮合而成的。廣義上二肽包括鏈狀二肽和環(huán)二肽，例如：環(huán)（組氨酸-脯氨酸）二肽可由玉米蛋白水解得到，是由l-組氨酸和l-脯氨酸環(huán)合而成的環(huán)二肽。
