近日，“陜西女生遭老師辱罵錄音取證”事件引發(fā)全國網(wǎng)友熱議。

14日，商洛市商州區(qū)科教體局公布了此事的最終處理結(jié)果，給予涉事教師記過處分并撤銷其教師資格（to?revoke?his teaching credentials）。

7月14日晚，商州區(qū)科教體局召開局班子會議，落實當(dāng)日上午區(qū)委、區(qū)政府緊急會議要求，研究對商丹高新中學(xué)教師王某辱罵學(xué)生事件處理決定。根據(jù)區(qū)科教體局聯(lián)合調(diào)查組的調(diào)查事實，依據(jù)國務(wù)院《教師資格條例》、教育部《中小學(xué)教師違反職業(yè)道德行為處理辦法》等規(guī)定，經(jīng)研究，給予王某記過處分并撤銷其教師資格。涉事的其他相關(guān)管理、監(jiān)督人員處理，待區(qū)聯(lián)合調(diào)查組調(diào)查結(jié)束后，將依紀依法做出嚴肅處理。

• A middle school math teacher accused of verbally abusing a 13-year-old girl in class was criticized and fired by authorities in Shangluo, Shaanxi province, on Sunday after a recording of the incident sparked widespread fury online and an official investigation.

• 陜西商洛市教育部門14日對一名中學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)老師給予批評和撤職處分，該教師在課堂上辱罵一名13歲女生的錄音在網(wǎng)上激起民憤，官方隨后發(fā)起調(diào)查。

據(jù)報道，半年前轉(zhuǎn)入陜西商丹高新學(xué)校的13歲初一女生婷婷（化名）遭班主任王某長期辱罵，甚至讓學(xué)生呼應(yīng)其侮辱行為，她在20天內(nèi)錄下一百多條遭受辱罵的錄音，總時長超過20小時。該事件經(jīng)媒體報道后，引發(fā)廣泛關(guān)注。

• The parents of the girl posted up to 20 hours of recordings online that were secretly recorded by the girl while she was scolded by the teacher between June 14 and July 5.

• 婷婷從6月14日到7月5日間錄下了該教師對其辱罵的錄音，長達20小時。錄音被婷婷的家長發(fā)布到網(wǎng)絡(luò)上。

• The recordings show Wang called her a "dead person" and a "b----" in front of the class multiple times, and called her parents "stupid" in the presence of other teachers.

• 錄音顯示，王某多次在班上用“死人”“賤”等字眼辱罵女生，并在其他教師面前稱其父母“蠢”。

• The girl told Huashang News, a local newspaper, on Wednesday that she had often been humiliated by Wang in public and suffered physical punishments including slaps on the face and pulling of her hair.

• 女孩10日對當(dāng)?shù)孛襟w《華商新聞》稱，她經(jīng)常被王某公開辱罵，還遭受過掌摑和扯頭發(fā)等體罰。

王某受訪時，自稱是個有素質(zhì)的人，只是言語上有些不妥。該校政教處兩名工作人員則表示，王某的言語是為了愛孩子，刺激孩子，教育方法不當(dāng)，但出發(fā)點是好的。

14日上午，商州區(qū)政府官網(wǎng)通報，經(jīng)初步調(diào)查，辱罵情況屬實，將予以嚴肅查處，并為婷婷提供轉(zhuǎn)班或轉(zhuǎn)校。

• The government said Wang's behavior amounted to a serious violation of the code of conduct for teachers, and that Wang, the school's administrators and the education authorities should take the matter seriously, reflect on the incident and apologize for the trauma sustained by the student in question.

• 區(qū)政府稱，該事件是一起典型的嚴重違反師德師風(fēng)事件。涉事教師、學(xué)校班子成員和區(qū)科教體局主要負責(zé)人對于該事件造成的學(xué)生心理創(chuàng)傷必須正視，必須深刻反省，必須鄭重道歉。

同時，通報中提到：令人難以置信的是，在事件發(fā)生后學(xué)校部分管理者表現(xiàn)出態(tài)度上的冷漠、認識上的模糊、行動上的遲緩。

• Psychological counseling and a school transfer will be arranged for the girl to minimize any harm. A yearlong campaign aimed at rectifying teachers' ethics will also be launched in the district this month.

• 通報稱，將為該學(xué)生提供心理疏導(dǎo)、轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)等多種辦法，減少其受到的傷害。該區(qū)中小學(xué)校將于本月開展為期一年的“師德師風(fēng)”專項教育整頓活動。

據(jù)陜西都市快報報道，14日中午，商洛市商州區(qū)相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)帶領(lǐng)該校校長和涉事教師本人，向當(dāng)事學(xué)生及其家長承認錯誤，并進行了道歉。

• Local media said the math teacher had apologized on Sunday in the presence of school administrators, local education officials and media, and had been pardoned by the student and her family.

涉事老師王老師：“在管理上是我錯了，我向你真誠地道一聲‘對不起’，在以后的學(xué)習(xí)生活中需要什么幫助，我一定竭盡所能，讓你如愿以償，希望能得到你的原諒。”

• "I will make every effort to help if you're in need of help in life and study in the future, and I wish to be pardoned," Wang was quoted by Shaanxi Television as saying.

當(dāng)事學(xué)生婷婷和家屬都表示，接受道歉，并原諒老師。

同時，學(xué)校校長表示，涉事的王老師在他們學(xué)校工作兩年了，工作挺努力，之前評選為優(yōu)秀教師就是因為業(yè)績優(yōu)秀，這次發(fā)生這樣的事情他們也很吃驚和氣憤。

• Wang's colleagues said they were shocked by the recordings, saying Wang was dedicated to his job, local media reported. They said Wang had been awarded honorary titles including district teaching master and the school's excellent head teacher.

教師在工作中應(yīng)當(dāng)關(guān)心、愛護全體學(xué)生，尊重學(xué)生人格，促進學(xué)生在品德、智力、體質(zhì)等方面全面發(fā)展，教師禁止對學(xué)生語言或者身體上進行虐待，禁止體罰或者變相體罰，違者可能會受到行政處罰、解聘，構(gòu)成刑事犯罪的還要承擔(dān)刑事責(zé)任。

• China's Teachers Law forbids physically or verbally abusing students, with penalties ranging from dismissal to criminal charges.

北京盈科律師事務(wù)所的律師馮嫻英表示，對學(xué)生進行語言侮辱和辱罵違反《中華人民共和國教育法》和《中華人民共和國未成年人保護法》。“這些行為如在未成年成長過程中造成一定后果，可能構(gòu)成侮辱和故意傷害罪，受到刑事制裁。”她說。

• Feng Xianying, a lawyer with the Yingke Law Firm in Beijing, said verbal abuse of students is punishable by the Education Law and the Law on Minor's Protection. "The acts could constitute crimes of insult and intentional injury if they lead to severe consequences in the children's growth," she said.
