Mouse IgG是從混合的正常血清中，使用專(zhuān)利分離技術(shù)純化而獲得的純化免疫球蛋白（Ig），并最終經(jīng)凍干而以粉末形式供應(yīng)，該產(chǎn)品未經(jīng)任何標(biāo)記，為非特異性IgG。經(jīng)SDS-PAGE分析該IgG的純度>97%。

緩沖液配方：0.01M Phosphate buffer in 0.15M NaCl。該mouse IgG不含有任何Protein A或Protein G污染。

溶解方法：

使用時(shí)，將其溶解到雙蒸水或適當(dāng)緩沖液中（pH7.2 ± 0.2）。

應(yīng)用范圍：

1）可作為聚乙二醇或硫酸銨免疫沉淀步驟中的共沉淀試劑；

2）作為蛋白質(zhì)穩(wěn)定劑；

3）用作大多數(shù)免疫分析實(shí)驗(yàn)中的封閉試劑；

4）在一些生化分析測(cè)試中，也可以作為IgG對(duì)照。作為對(duì)照IgG時(shí)，可以排除IgG本身和特定目的蛋白或其他特定生物分子的非特異性結(jié)合；

5）參考抗原，如藥物試驗(yàn)中觀察免疫效果，用IgG作參考抗原。
