Human IgG是從混合的正常血清中，使用專利分離技術(shù)純化而獲得的純化免疫球蛋白（Ig），并最終經(jīng)凍干而以粉末形式供應(yīng)，該產(chǎn)品未經(jīng)任何標(biāo)記，為非特異性IgG。經(jīng)SDS-PAGE分析該IgG的純度>97%。

本制品應(yīng)用非常廣泛，包括：1）RIA（放射性免疫實(shí)驗(yàn)）中采用聚乙二醇或硫酸銨法沉淀的步驟中可用作共沉淀試劑。2）作為蛋白質(zhì)穩(wěn)定劑；3）用作大多數(shù)免疫分析實(shí)驗(yàn)中的封閉試劑；4）一些生化分析測(cè)試中，也可以作為IgG對(duì)照。作為對(duì)照IgG時(shí)，可以排除IgG本身和特定目的蛋白或其他特定生物分子的非特異性結(jié)合；5）參考抗原，如藥物試驗(yàn)中觀察免疫效果，用IgG作參考抗原。
