is it important for children to learn about traditional festivals at school ?

from my perspective , it is something tremendously important for children to learn about traditional festivals at school .

1st?it is an opportunity to deepen children’s understanding to ancient cultures and wisdom , which is a way for old time traditions to get protected and passed down to next generations , for instance ,.....

2nd?learning about traditional festivals enables children to figure out?who they are or where they come from , consequently a sense of belonging and national pride?can be formed and developed , for example ,....

why do people hold events to celebrate ?

as far as I can tell , there are two reasons to explain?how come?people hold events to celebrate something important .

1st?event?makes a way to?show respect and interest to what is being celebrated , which creates?a sense of ceremony?to draw others' attention , for example ,.....

2nd?event creates an opportunity for participants to get together and?have fun?, which is an approach of socializing with one another , for instance ,....
