(1)In recent years, job hopping has exerted pround influence on career choices of young people.a problem of modern societies is job hopping, with conflicting views on how to make their own decisions.contrary to inventional belief that switching jobs is tatamount to career suicide, the employers side with the point that job hopping is conducive to them in refreshing organzational cultures and values.however,according to a director from Robert Walters, moving from one job to another is traumatic to one's career development,especially during the economic slowdown and job hoppers are likely to reluctant to hire rampant job hoppers. As far as i am concerned, rampant job hopping is not advisable.
