Fishing is my favourite sport. I often fish for hours without catching anything. But this does not worry me. Some fishermen are unlucky. Instead of catching fish, they catch old boots and rubbish. I am even less lucky.

釣魚是我最喜歡的運動。我經(jīng)常釣幾個小時的魚，但什么也釣不上來。但我對此并不擔(dān)心。總有那么幾個倒霉的漁夫，他們釣不上來魚，總是釣上來靴子和垃圾。我就更不走運了。

I never catch anything ---- not even old boots. After having spent whole mornings on the river, I always go home with an empty bag. ‘You must give up fishing!’ my friends say. ‘It's a waste of time. ’

我啥都釣不上來--包括舊靴子。我總是在河上呆了整個早晨之后，一無所獲回到家。“你還是放棄釣魚吧，”朋友跟我說?！斑@是浪費時間”。

But they don't realize one important thing. I'm not really interested in fishing. I am only interested in sitting in a boat and doing nothing at all!

但是他們都沒意識到一件重要的事情。我并不是醉心于釣魚，我只是喜歡坐在船上，什么都不做！
