???????馮健安，藝名書劍，墨苔齋主人，廣東新會人，黨員。美術教育工作者、優(yōu)秀書畫指導教師；國家一級美術師；北京京華閣書畫院副院長；中國楹聯(lián)學會會員；全國書畫藝術委員會常務理事；人民美術藝術家委員；北京當代翰墨文化藝術院山東青島分院名譽副院長；中宣盛世國際書畫院院聘畫家；中國楹聯(lián)學會中宣盛世文化藝術交流中心會員；中國國際現(xiàn)代藝術研究中心高級研究員；全國名人書畫藝術界聯(lián)合會委員；國臻藝苑書畫院院聘理事；中外名人藝術網(wǎng)“特級書畫師”；全國中小學書法教學聯(lián)盟成員；收藏天下全國數(shù)字電視頻道欄目學術指導與特邀藝術家。被授予“人民藝術家”、“德藝雙馨人民藝術家”、“最具收藏價值藝術家”、“二十一世紀中國文化名人”、“中華藝術家形象大使”、“青年杰出藝術家”、“青花杯.中國傳統(tǒng)文化最高成就獎”、“中國百位杰出藝術家”、“中國當代英模人物”、新時代杰出藝術家等榮譽稱號。2017年參加心納萬境－首屆國展美術名家邀請展；作品在2018年10月15日（美國東部時間）美國納斯達克證券交易所大屏進行榮譽展播；參加中歐文化交流匈牙利書畫邀請展并授予中匈文化藝術傳播大使。
