學(xué)校的作業(yè)，反正打了電子稿不發(fā)出來分享分享總感覺有點浪費，如果有類似作業(yè)的話可以拿來借鑒借鑒（當(dāng)然你還是得對美國國情有點認識省得老師問問題）

According to major well-known foreign medias such as the BBC, the New York Times and The Guardian, the US national Park Service has warned visitors to stop licking toads, whose body fluid is poisonous and may cause hallucination or suffocation, which made it to be seen as a natural drug in the western society. As the legalization of drugs has been achieved in some states of the U.S., the price of the drug has soared. Poor people who can’t afford the price have to turn to the natural drug to fulfill their addiction. Also, some people in America look down on synthetic drugs and think that the natural drugs are the best and the most advanced, so they also start to lick the toads. These people neglect the importance of their health and their life. Because of them the toad has already become an endangered species. Thanks to the government’s inaction and even encouragement towards drug, this phenomenon may become more common in America. In my point of view, if the American government don’t change its attitude towards drug, this warning released by the US National Park Service won’t play its role or even have negative effect because it also mentioned some other species like slugs, which may enlighten these addicts. My attitude towards this issue is negative, drug is one of the greatest problems the America is facing. As the legalization of drugs is achieved in some parts of the America, there seems no way the American can solve this problem because even the government is willing to make profit from drugs. How can they stop the drug epidemic when the New York government opened the first Overdose Prevention Center last year to help the addicts to use drug in a proper way making me think of the similar place in the late Qing destiny called opium den? How can they stop the drug epidemic when the cannabis-containing products are right on the shelf? No they can’t. Only when the government take the right attitude towards drugs and stop the legalization of drug, there is chance to solve the problem.
