1.百螢Cy5疊氮化物作用
Cy5疊氮化物已用于標記生物分子,用于熒光成像和其他基于熒光的生化分析。它們廣泛用于標記肽,蛋白質和寡核苷酸等。Cy5 染料是常見的紅色熒光團中的一種。這些多功能熒光團可以耐受3-10的pH范圍,用于生物相關pH的各種應用。該染料還具有DMSO耐受性和光穩(wěn)定性,能夠在不損失性能的情況下從儲存轉移至分析。水溶性在測定緩沖液中對有機溶劑的需要。我們的Cy5染料經過QC測試,可確保高水平的發(fā)色團和活性染料含量。單活性染料適用于蛋白質和寡核苷酸的靶向,標記,雙活性染料更適合于一般標記。建議使用NHS酯染料標記胺基,建議使用馬來酰亞胺染料標記硫醇基團。該Cy5 疊氮化物選擇性地與炔基反應。
