The Harbin international Ice and Snow Festival officially began/originated in 1985, on Jan 5th every year, the festival is officially celebrated and lasts for a month. Every/Per year, artists in Harbin will take huge/enormous ice cube form nearby rivers/river channels in order to /in an attempt to make incredible transformations. Though the hard work/toil of/by tens of thousands of craftsmen for about 20 days, a city of ice and snow appears/is built. The magic of this Neverland is more obvious/highlighted at sunset. Tourist across China gather in Harbin, appreciate these magnificent ice sculptures.
