摘? 要

隨著信息技術的發(fā)展，管理系統(tǒng)越來越成熟，各種企事業(yè)單位使用各種類型的管理系統(tǒng)來提高工作效率，從而降低手工勞動的弊端。我國政府一直以來都非常重視教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展，近幾年來高校學生人數(shù)逐漸增加，學校對公寓學生信息、報修、設施信息的管理也愈發(fā)的困難。因此，高校提出通過開發(fā)公寓管理系統(tǒng)來優(yōu)化管理方案，對公寓信息進行全方位的在線管理，通過系統(tǒng)跟蹤學生公寓的各項狀態(tài)，學生也可以通過系統(tǒng)查詢公寓的獎懲通報信息。

學生公寓后勤管理系統(tǒng)是使用Java開發(fā)的一款管理系統(tǒng)，數(shù)據(jù)存儲到MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫中，前臺使用vue對界面進行設計和實現(xiàn)。本文先充分調(diào)查學生公寓后勤管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析，深入剖析系統(tǒng)應有的功能，并設計完善的數(shù)據(jù)庫。利用成熟的開發(fā)技術完成編碼工作，最后進行投入前的測試工作。最終，完成前端和后端的學生公寓后勤管理系統(tǒng)的功能，主要包括通知公告管理、學生管理、公寓信息管理、公寓安排管理、失物招領管理、學生報修管理、報修處理管理、獎懲通報管理、公寓衛(wèi)生管理等，通過前后臺實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的傳遞。

Abstract

With the development of information technology, the management system is becoming more and more mature. Various enterprises and institutions use various types of management systems to improve work efficiency, thus reducing the disadvantages of manual labor.In recent years, the number of college students has gradually increased, and the management of apartment student information, repair application, and facility information has become increasingly difficult. Therefore, colleges and universities have proposed to optimize the management plan by developing the apartment management system, and carry out all-round online management of apartment information. Through the system, students can track the status of student apartments, and students can also query the information of rewards and punishments of apartments through the system.

The student apartment logistics management system uses a management system developed by Java to store data in MySQL, and the front desk uses vue to design and implement the interface. This paper first fully investigates the demand analysis of the student apartment logistics management system, deeply analyzes the functions that the system should have, and designs a perfect database. Use mature development technology to complete the coding work, and finally carry out the test work before the investment. Finally, complete the functions of the student apartment logistics management system at the front and back ends, mainly including notice announcement management, student management, apartment information management, apartment arrangement management, lost and found management, student repair application management, repair application processing management, reward and punishment notification management, apartment sanitation management, etc., and realize data transmission through the front and back ends.

本系統(tǒng)運用面向?qū)ο笤O計理念，使用springboot框架、vue技術開發(fā)學生公寓后勤管理系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)功能設計，數(shù)據(jù)庫設計架構設計，最后通過功能測試完成系統(tǒng)的測試，根據(jù)研究的內(nèi)容模塊設計了六大章節(jié)。
