?步驟1：不看文本多次聽一小段內(nèi)容(建議2-5次)
此步驟的目的是通過不閱讀文本或字幕測試自己能理解多少。重復(fù)過程中，記錄聽不懂的地方

?步驟2：閱讀文本
以自己的節(jié)奏，查看文本，檢查能理解多少。查找新單詞+新短語，并重點(diǎn)標(biāo)注閱讀時(shí)理解但聽力時(shí)不理解的部分。

?步驟 3：跟著文本再次精聽，重點(diǎn)分析之前聽不懂原因？-- 哼唱模式跟讀(建議2-5次)
此步驟的要點(diǎn)是專注于不理解的部分，并分析為什么不理解--是詞匯？是語速？口音還是連讀,弱讀，爆破等原因？--可哼唱模式跟讀訓(xùn)練

?步驟 4：再次不看文本聽剛才內(nèi)容(建議2-5次)
再次不看文本，精聽；經(jīng)過前面步驟2 和 步驟3，這次理解應(yīng)該容易很多。

在聽力場景,語塊中, 記錄+記憶 新學(xué)到的詞匯，短語。并用每天的零碎時(shí)間反復(fù)記憶。每次復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)重復(fù)大聲跟讀全文3-5次
