Companies that engage in quality control typically have a team of workers who foucus on testing a certain number of products or obsercing services being done. The products or services that are examined usually are chosen at random.
The goal of the quality control team is to identify products or services that do not meet a company's specified standards of quality.
If a problem is identified, the job of the quality control team or professional might involve stopping production or service until the problem has been corrected.
Depending on the particular service or product as well as the type of problem identified, production or services might not cease entirely.

Financial planning:
Your pricing strategy affects customers and their perceptions of the value of your products or services. This makes decisions about pricing crucial to reaching breakeven(保底,不虧不賺,收支平衡) and becoming profitable.
While long-term business plans set the general direciton, no single strategy works for every products or service your business offers for sale. Instead, pricing strategies tend to differ according to marketing objectives and a product's place within its life cycle(產(chǎn)品生命周期).
Start by analyzing aspects and characteristics of the product or service that affect pricing decisions. Review your marketing plan and marketing mix decisions(營銷組合決策,計劃), such as how you intend to approach promotion and distribution(促銷分銷).
4P: product,price,place,packaging
Include the target market, product costs, estimated or actual consumer demand and both direct and indirect competition in your analysis.
Move forward in identifying an appropriate pricing strategy by setting pricing goals. In addtion to linking closely to the product life cycle stage, most strategies relate in some way to market share or penetration(市場份額與滲透度), cost control and profitablity.
For example, sales revenue and distribution maximizaiton, quality leadership and maintaining the status quo are among the most common pricing goals. Sales revenue and distribution maximization focus on increasing market share and long-term cost control.
The right pricing strategy for a product or service might not be a single strategy. Instead, the most appropriate strategy might be to combine two or more strategies into one. 博弈綜合
