I hold great interest in the field of Alternative Stable State（學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)域）and I listened to your speech online several days ago, which is intriguing! （套近乎，你和他的聯(lián)系）You explained the scale-dependent feedback in a short video that is very easy to understand. Besides, you told us what is emergent resilience and came up with a new idea of coexistence states which is different from the traditional concepts of alternative stable states.（對方研究的總結(jié)） I was so enlightened when I read the papers: Early-warning signals for critical transitions and Self-organized patchiness and catastrophic shifts in ecosystems. Through reading these papers I begin to understand what is critical transitions? How to find the tipping point of the regime shifts? I found it critical to find the early warning signals to predict catastrophic shifts which could help the government to make the right decisions to avoid disasters happening. However, when I searched Chinese papers related to this field, I found that they haven’t focused and don’t have much work on this study, which attracted me towards this field and to introduce this idea and method to China. （他是如何影響你的）In this regard, I did some work and published a review article titled?Review of Alternative Stable States Theory in Ecosystem?on the?Acta Ecologica Sinica( in Chinese)?on May 21, 2021, which is the best ecology journal in China. As of today, this article has been downloaded 288 times, which arises great attention from the researchers in China.

I also took part in the research on the influence of global change on the Resources and Environment Carrying Capacity (RECC) in ecologically fragile areas. I did some theoretical innovations in the field of the RECC and I applied Alternative Stable States Theory into its calculation. Planet Boundary theory is also applied in the RECC. I wrote two articles that?are under minor review in the?Chinese Journal of Applied Ecology(in Chinese)?to shed light on the?ecological basis and theoretical system of RECC.（你做過什么研究）
