1. use a planner

Depression can make us eat more junk food. Stay away from sugars, stay hydrated and eat nutritious food, which can raise your energy and improve your focus.

Figure out which one of your classmates are more responsible and stick to them. Create study groups and you can ask questions.
But be careful of lazy students who may try to use you, as their pessimistic nature will lower your mood.
