英文小詩
Seizing Moments The children run and play on the beach, With cheese and cherry snacks within their reach, The chill of the sea breeze on their skin, As they munch on cheddar, feeling quite thin. A game of chase, a race to the hutch, And a chat with friends who they love so much, They chop up veggies in the kitchen, And dream of catching a big fishin'. A chance encounter with a new chum, A friendship formed, a bond that won't succumb, A chain of events that lead them to teach, Each other new skills, a joy within reach. But beware the roach and the leech, And the botch that can happen when we don't beseech, The help of others, the church or the witch, To guide us when life throws us into a ditch. So let us embrace all that we can, With gratitude and kindness, and a plan, To seize every moment, to learn and grow, And be rich in experiences, before we go.
