• Locations affected by the lockdown include the financial hub Milan and the tourist destination of Venice are subject to strict measures, including the closure of schools and universities and the cancellations of all?public events, sports events and civil and religious ceremonies.

• People who do not adhere to the restrictions?will face up to three months in prison and a fine of 206 euros ($232).

• While trains and planes are still operational,?the government is forbidding people from?leaving unless?absolutely necessary.

  盡管火車、飛機依然在運行，但政府要求人們除有絕對必要不得離開這些地區(qū)。

• Restaurants and bars can open but only from 6 am?to 6 pm, and only if they can ensure three feet of space between each guest.

此外，意大利全國也實施了一些禁令：

• Nationwide, the government ordered the closure of all cinemas, theaters,?concert halls,?libraries, and museums, as well as the quarantine of anyone with a fever above 37.5 degrees Celsius (99.5 degrees Fahrenheit), and anyone who’s tested positive for the virus.

• "There will be an?obligation?to avoid any movement of people," Conte said Sunday as he announced the new measures. "And even within the areas, moving around will occur only for?essential work?or health reasons."

▌意大利民眾涌向車站

據(jù)美聯(lián)社8日報道，7日晚間，由于有消息稱政府計劃封城，威尼托大區(qū)帕多瓦市曾出現(xiàn)混亂，酒吧和餐館人群四散，火車站則擠滿了提著行李箱，戴著口罩和手套的民眾。

• Italy was plunged into chaos after details of a plan to quarantine more than 16 million people were leaked to the press, sending thousands into panic as they tried to flee.

據(jù)意大利《共和報》報道，孔特簽署法令后，米蘭中心車站和加里波底門站的夜班列車內(nèi)涌進了大量人群，超過500人想要登上開往意大利南部的最后一班列車。售票處至少有150人等待購買車票，希望在封鎖令生效前離開倫巴第大區(qū)。此外，還有部分暫時居住在米蘭的南部省份居民駕車離開，擔(dān)心困在當?shù)亍?/p>

▌意大利病死率升至全球最高

據(jù)意大利衛(wèi)生部公布的最近數(shù)據(jù)，3月8日，意大利累計死亡病例從7日的233例上升至366例，死亡病例數(shù)單日增長133例，增幅高達57%，其中大部分死亡病例出現(xiàn)在意大利北部倫巴第大區(qū)。

• The number of people who have died from the coronavirus in Italy has shot up by 133 in a day to 366, according to the Civil Protection agency on Sunday.

意大利新冠肺炎累計確診病例為7375例，病死率高達4.96%，為全球最高。

• The total number of infections leapt 25% to 7,375 from 5,883.
