德國變形鐵合金的特性及用途
合金號MgMn耐腐蝕性好,焊接性能及可塑性能好??杉庸こ砂宀臉?gòu)件、擋板、燃油船MAIXZ中等強度,焊接性能好,塑性高,用于中等機械強度且要求化學穩(wěn)定性高的構(gòu)件,如腐蝕板MAI6Zm中、高等強度,焊接性能相差、用以加工中等強度構(gòu)件。MAJ8Za強度教高MeZafZr強度極高,用于加工高強度零部件.德國鑄造鎂合金的特性及用途合金牌號特性及用途:伸長率高,焊接性能好。鑄造狀態(tài)的合金適用鑄造耐沖擊的零件,擴散退火狀態(tài)的合金,用G-MgAISZnl造耐沖擊、耐振動的零件.
G-MgAI9Znl抗拉強度和屈聚強度最高,適用于鑄造高結(jié)構(gòu)強度和高抗壓強度的鑄件。焊接性能良好,一量常采用壓力篩造,且適用于鑄造形狀復雜、壁薄、強度高、又不經(jīng)熱處理的壓鑄件.
G-MgAl6延展性和沖擊韌性好,用于鑄造汽車的.
GD-MgAl6Zn延展性小于 G-MgAl6 用于需要有較小冷變形的壓鑄件.
GD-MgAl4Sil G-MgZn4SE1Zr1 用于150℃以內(nèi)蠕變性能好,用于燃氣發(fā)動機中長期承受熱負荷的鑄件.
