THE ACTION RESEARCH OF THE EXECUTION OF THE CLASS ADRE IN SECONDARY VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS???

Background:
The class cadres are not only model members for the class, but also an important troop in education and management for the secondary vocational school .
In the class management and other class activities, they always play the role of organizer and performer.
The execution of the class cadres has a bearing on the cultivation of the students’ ability and the effect of class management, which is an important factor reflecting a good class atmosphere and cohesion.

What:
The study about the execution of the class cadres in secondary vocational school is of great use, and the study can help to find the weakness existing in their execution, improve the class management efficiency, enhance the level of class management and perfect the management and cultivation of class cadres, thus the goal of school education administration can be better realized.
This paper is based on the management, the organizational behavior, the educational psychology and related theories, analyzing the influences of the class cadres’ execution.
The influences include students individuals and class organization. such as role awareness, ability, personality, mood, pressure, values, age and experience.
Class organization includes management mode, class goal, class resources, class culture, supervisory comments, and system process.
According to those mentioned above, the plan of action research is designed and complemented, which focuses on four aspects such as the role awareness, working methods, implementation process, and non-intelligence factors, so as to explore the effective way to improve the cadres’ execution.
In the study, the author takes the class cadres of the secondary vocational school where the author is working as the research object.
And the author studies the cadres’ execution by the method of action research. The research lasts for eight months, which includes collecting relevant information by questionnaires, learning feedback, and instructive reflection study, and guiding and training the class cadres with designed plan.

Result:
The action research has been successfully carried on for two cycles, and the following conclusions are drawn.
Under the particular guidance and training, the execution of the class cadres in secondary vocational school can be improved obviously.
The effect is obvious to improve the execution by four aspects such as the role awareness, working methods, implementation process, and non-intelligence factors;Head teachers’ working ability and management mode have a significant influence on the cadres’ execution.

Suggestions:
Suggestions about the subsequent research are put forward;Secondary vocational school should pay more attention to the work execution of class cadres, and encourage head teachers to train the cadres’ execution.
Improvement of execution awareness, method and ability in cadres’ work needs orderly, systematic and focused guidance and cultivation.
