Some people think that reading, writing, listening and speaking are same important when we are learning a foreign language.

The learning of a new language has been and continue to be a popular practice due to the increasing process of globalization .The reason why the majority of people find language learning challenging resides in they cant prioritize the four categories in this process ,which is reading ,listening , writing and speaking.

The major purpose for the usage of another language is to communicate with people from different cultures.Namely ,among the 4 items listed above ,what should be emphasized first is speaking and writing.Speaking is a process through which people could have an oral interaction while writing express how we think into a recorded way ,both of which are indispensable in either business or in academia . however, not only does it take efforts and time to have a smoothy flow of a foreign language, but also an environment where you can practice with locals contribute . This explains the reason why most language learners feel frustrated when speaking or writing though they have the intention to .

In comparison with the output of language , the subject inputting of a language ,characterized by reading and listening tend to be more accessible and this accessibility lays the ground that in some countries where English is the major foreign language learning , how schools assess this course is subjected to the scores students get on reading and listening tests. Therefore ,there is a disappointing result that the language they have learnt turn out to be dumb ,with implication that even though students could follow articles and watch programs , neither could they talk nor write , which has challenged the traditional language teaching practice in these places .

As the geographic barrier in the world is disappearing to some extent , it is the real conversations that boost the realization of a global community both online and offline .Suggestion put forward here is that we had better take language as a tool to voice instead of just following other people’s voice.
