Arceus is pretty self-explatatory at no1. ekiller. basically all u do is sd and spamm extremespeed. THATS IT.
caly-s is easy. it simply has no counter. even ting-lu gets 2HKOed by lorb/specs grass knot/tera fighting tera blast on the switch. ?
Koraidon is an intresting case. before home its usage was ALWAYS below mirai, but now mirai is the one who couldnt keep up. the most common item on korai is choice scarf, and this makes sense when you realize that koraidon OHKOs all the most meta pokemon. ekiller? take this cc. caly-s? try living this sun boosted flare blitz. zacian? nuked. ting lu? obliterated. it just has alot of offensive pressure, not to mention it pressures ogre into clicking ice beam because a sun-setting dragon is ogres worst nightmare
Mirai is right behind korai tho, and there are 2 meta sets rn. scarf and specs, though dualdance it starting to pick up again. there are 2 main groundceus sets as well: lead with max speed, taunt, stealth rock, judgment, ice beam/calm mind. the most common set tho is dd. dragon dance groundceus is an insane sweeper since it gets access to earthquake and usually can fit on shadow claw/dragon claw for the ever popular gira-o.
up next is zacian. though it has fallen a bit since gen8, zacian is still an incredibly tanky and hard hitting mon, not to mentions its the sencond fastest viable pokemon in the whole tier. tera dark crunch has been picking up to brute force past skeledirge, and it just a great tera type when caly is running around the format.
tinglu is used cuz it forces caly to not click astral barrage indirectly giving you a bit of control versus it. its still very usuable on hazard stack and balance.
kyogre is mainly running scarf right now, and sadly cant break top 5 because of koraidon. scarf water spouts in rain are still very valuable tho
to understand gira-o, u need to understand that THERE IS NO HAZARD REMOVER in post-home. witt defog being taken away from so many mons, being the only uber pokemon who can still use it will always make you fill a role. its currently being used more than the bulkier gira-a because of levitate making it a groundceus switchin, and shadow sneak being able to OHKO caly after rocks with a tiny bit of evs.
etern is valuable for creating and soaking up tspikes. its a decently bulky pokemon that still exerts offensive pressure. unfortunatly etern cant be as bulky anymore bc of max speed taunt arceus forcing it to run timid 174evs to outspeed it which cuts down alot on the defensive potential.
arceus fairy is a very solid support/sweeper with its stealth rock taunt set, or the calm mind recover taunt/earth power judgment.
lastly, both skele and pex do the same thing: they beat certain mons in the meta like korai, zac, groundceus after tera.
