●外觀以及性質(zhì)：
IR-808 alkyne含有IR和炔烴基團(tuán)，近紅外區(qū)域吲哚花菁素IR可連接修飾alkyne基團(tuán)，炔烴(alkyne)是常用生物標(biāo)記基團(tuán)。通過(guò)銅催化點(diǎn)擊化學(xué)反應(yīng)(Copper-catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition，CuAAC)，炔烴可以和疊氮(azide)生成穩(wěn)定的生物鏈接(bioconjugate)。
近紅外吲哚類花菁染料IR-808可被tumour細(xì)胞高選擇性攝取,并在近紅外光射下，展現(xiàn)出對(duì)tumour細(xì)胞的顯著光敏毒性，與傳統(tǒng)的光敏劑相比，該光敏劑只需些近紅外光照射，不但可大大降低組織對(duì)光的吸牧，增強(qiáng)其光敏作用。

IR-808 alkyne contains IR and alkyne groups. Indocyanine IR in the near-infrared region can connect and modify alkyne groups. Alkyne is a common biomarker group. Through copper-catalyzed azide – alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC), alkynes can form stable biological links with azide.
The near-infrared indole cyanine dye IR-808 can be highly selectively absorbed by tumour cells, and under near-infrared light, it shows significant photosensitivity toxicity to tumour cells. Compared with traditional photosensitizers, this photosensitizer only needs some near-infrared light irradiation, which can not only greatly reduce the light absorption of tissues, but also enhance its photosensitivity.
