• 你必須保證能正確投票。你不能把數(shù)百萬張選票到處郵寄，寄給死人、寄給狗、寄給貓......這是一件嚴(yán)肅的事，不是一場游戲，你必須確保其正確性。

• You have to get voting — voting right. You can't have millions and millions of ballots sent all over the place — sent to people that are dead; sent to dogs, cats; sent to everyone. I mean, this is a serious situation. This isn’t games. And you have to get it right.

????????據(jù)路透社報道，雖然沒有證據(jù)但特朗普一再表明，如果大規(guī)模改用郵寄投票（大多數(shù)州都沒有提議這樣做）將導(dǎo)致在11月3日他與目前在民意調(diào)查中大幅領(lǐng)先的民主黨競選者拜登的選舉中出現(xiàn)舞弊現(xiàn)象。

• Trump has said repeatedly and without evidence that a shift to?universal mail-in voting - something most states have not proposed doing - will lead to fraud in the Nov. 3 election, when he faces Democratic challenger Joe Biden who currently holds a substantial lead in public opinion polls.

????????外媒報道稱，特朗普無權(quán)重新安排選舉，在美國施行選舉制度的200多年歷史中，即使是在內(nèi)戰(zhàn)、大蕭條和兩次世界大戰(zhàn)期間，都從未出現(xiàn)過全國大選“重演”的局面。

????????據(jù)悉，由于新冠疫情仍在美國肆虐或有多達(dá)8000萬民眾將選擇郵寄選票的方式參加11月美國大選投票。統(tǒng)計郵寄選票的時間比當(dāng)面統(tǒng)計更長，因此有選舉專家擔(dān)心大選結(jié)果可能無法在11月3日出爐。
