Well, there are different kinds of celebrities in my country.
One is in terms of famous people in entertainment industry.
They're either movie actors or singers who could expose themselves constantly in front of public.
As famous brands always use them as brand ambassador to promote product image and boost sales , their income is rather amazing ,which means that
there is a huge gap in terms of income between celebrities and normal people.
?
Another kind of well known people are in nonprofit disciplines.
They could be retired entrepreneurs who have already accumulated a large sum of money.
After retirement, some of them start to devote themselves in nonprofit disciplines, among which some top priorities would be helping the poor, dealing with climate change or environmental protection, this big issues.

The biggest difference in terms of celebrities today and in the past is the appearance of those internet celebrities who show mostly on internet.
Nowadays we live in a world where technology has greatly shifted the way how people entertain, among which the biggest difference is the occurrence of internet as well as smartphones.
After Blog , there have appeared a new trend ,that is v log.
By subscribing to different channels of vloggers, people can follow different disciplines they have interest.
Those whose vlogs are creative could appeal to a large number of?fans.
However
in the past, the majority of celebrities?only appeared on tv or other kinds of traditional media.
?
Another differences is as to their income.
Nowadays, celebrities in entertainment industry not only appear on different kinds of performance, but also advocate for brands , so that they make unbelievable higher salary compared to average.
The disparity in terms of income between normal people and celebrities is largely broadened at present and in the past .

This is a rather controversial question.
Celebrities are supposed to be expert in their own fields. Otherwise, how can they be famous and gain popularity?
Being a celebrity means the person has already gained some achievements in his own discipline ,and their achievements are accepted by people in the industry and the public.
If they are were not professional in the field ,they would not gain popularity.
So, the logic from this question is rather clear.
As they are good, they gain prestige .

In terms of this question, my opinions are mixed.
I do agree that media put much attention on negative examples of celebrities. However, I also agree with the argument that there is an increasing demand on the positive examples celebrities.
It is true that nowadays we can constantly see violence on media, which would contribute to the increasing number of crimes, especially the juvenile ?delinquency .
As young people haven't developed mature personality ,they are more easy to commit copycat crimes on watching how people behave wrongly on TV or internet.
That's why there is a calling on the banning of?violating behaviors in media.
?
However, exposure about positive behaviors from celebrities is not so frequent.
Some celebrities have accumulated a large sum of money, therefore, they would engage in nonprofit disciplines such as helping the poor, protecting the ?environment or dealing with climate change. In order to raise the awareness of the public about these big issues , governments can exert their influence by taking advantage of media to publicize their doings .
In closing ,I am calling for exposure on the positive influences that celebrities pose instead of the negative ones .
