中法武漢生態(tài)示范城文化體育活動(dòng)中心位于湖北省武漢市中法武漢生態(tài)示范城，項(xiàng)目總用地面積64507平方米，總建筑面積83431平方米，由文化中心、體育中心兩部分組成。

The Sino-French Wuhan Ecological Demonstration City Cultural and Sports Activity Center is located in the Sino-French Wuhan Ecological Demonstration City in Wuhan, Hubei Province. 2022年01月，Atelier Alter Architects 時(shí)境建筑聯(lián)合前海源點(diǎn)景觀室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)（深圳）有限公司通過(guò)競(jìng)賽中標(biāo)拿到該項(xiàng)目的方案設(shè)計(jì)、深化權(quán)，同年03月，由中交城市投資（武漢）有限公司投資、中交第二航務(wù)工程局有限公司承包的施工工作正式啟動(dòng)。當(dāng)前該項(xiàng)目正處于中期封頂階段。

In January 2022, Atelier Alter Architects and Source Point Landscape won the right to deepen the design of the Sino-French Wuhan Ecological Demonstration City Cultural and Sports Center through the competition. In March of the same year, the project construction, presided over by CCCC Urban Investment (Wuhan) Co., LTD., and implemented by CCCC Second Navigation Engineering Bureau Co., LTD., was officially launched and is currently halfway to completing the construction.

未來(lái)，施工人員將開始進(jìn)行內(nèi)部裝修和設(shè)備安裝等工作，爭(zhēng)取早日完工交付。這將使得當(dāng)?shù)鼐用窈陀慰驮谶@里享受到更加優(yōu)質(zhì)、豐富的文化體育活動(dòng)服務(wù)，為城市的文化體育事業(yè)發(fā)展注入新的活力，進(jìn)一步提升當(dāng)?shù)氐能泴?shí)力和城市形象。

01?流動(dòng)的城市邊界空間?

作為生態(tài)城投資建設(shè)的啟動(dòng)項(xiàng)目之一，中法武漢生態(tài)示范城文化體育活動(dòng)中心（下文簡(jiǎn)稱文體中心）依托北側(cè)生態(tài)公園，以文化、體育為核心功能，通過(guò)構(gòu)建綠色交通體系、生態(tài)水環(huán)境體系以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展的市政和公共服務(wù)體系，實(shí)現(xiàn)完善生態(tài)城城市綜合格局的目標(biāo)。

As one of the starting projects of the investment and construction of the eco-city, the Cultural and Sports Activity Center of the Sino-French Wuhan Ecological Demonstration City (hereinafter referred to as the Cultural and Sports Center), relying on the ecological park on the north side, takes culture and sports as the core functions, and achieves the goal of improving the comprehensive urban pattern of the eco-city by building a green transportation system, an ecological water environment system and a sustainable municipal and public service system.

文體中心處于城市與自然的交界線上，需要兼顧城市與自然的過(guò)渡。我們將建筑橫向布局，實(shí)現(xiàn)北側(cè)景觀視域最大化；將南側(cè)設(shè)計(jì)為開放的城市廣場(chǎng)，并通過(guò)室內(nèi)、室外、屋頂、廊橋等多種方式實(shí)現(xiàn)城市與自然的流動(dòng)與滲透。

The cultural and sports center is located at the boundary between the city and nature, so it needs to take into account the transition between the city and nature. We arranged the building horizontally to maximize the view of the north side; The south side is designed as an open city square, and the flow and penetration of the city and nature are realized through indoor, outdoor, roof, corridor bridge and other ways.

02?可達(dá)的多層次功能復(fù)合型場(chǎng)地

文體中心由體育中心和文化中心構(gòu)成，二者東西相望，由中部連橋串連形成整體。

The sports center is composed of a sports center and a cultural center, which face each other from east to west and are connected by a bridge in the middle to form a whole.

其中體育中心面積約2.74萬(wàn)㎡，包括籃球館、游泳館、體育訓(xùn)練館、電子競(jìng)技館等場(chǎng)地。

The sports center covers an area of 27,400 square meters, including basketball hall, swimming hall, sports training hall, e-sports hall, etc.

文化中心面積約3.01萬(wàn)㎡，包括劇場(chǎng)、圖書館、文化館等。

屋頂綠化、退臺(tái)綠化、生態(tài)公園和運(yùn)動(dòng)公園組成多層次功能、體驗(yàn)復(fù)合型景觀，打造視覺豐富的市民文化體育綜合性活動(dòng)場(chǎng)所。

03?地域的文化表達(dá)與建筑形制

建筑形制以古楚國(guó)青銅器形制和紋理為原型，利用玻璃磚、釉面磚、黑青磚、金屬銅磚等材質(zhì)的拼接呈現(xiàn)出厚重而豐富的肌理，體現(xiàn)武漢深厚的文化底蘊(yùn)。

The architectural form is based on the shape and texture of ancient Chu bronzes, and the mosaics of glass bricks, glazed bricks, black and blue bricks, copper metal bricks and other materials present a thick and rich texture, reflecting the profound cultural heritage of Wuhan.
