2.熒光素-dT亞磷酰胺概述
?
熒光素-dT 亞磷酰胺含有一個(gè) DMT 基團(tuán),可以對偶聯(lián)進(jìn)行量化。 它可以作為 dT 殘基的替代物插入到目標(biāo)序列中。 它可以將熒光素標(biāo)簽添加到寡核苷酸序列的所需位置。 它與常用的 6-FAM 亞磷酰胺互補(bǔ),不含 DMT 基團(tuán),只能在 5'-末端添加,從而終止合成。我們還提供 HEX-dT 亞磷酰胺、TET-dT 亞磷酰胺、生物素-dT 亞磷酰胺、生物素-dT CPG 和熒光素-dT CPG。
