The table chart compares proportion of female labor force and managers in five countries.

Noticeably, United States has the highest percentage of female employee (46%) ,followed by that in Australia (42%), and Japan (41%).

The figure in Sri Lanka is ranked three, at 37% whereas Egypt has the lowest percentage ,which is 20%.

In terms of the situation in female managerial roles, they highest top two percentage countries are the same as that in female workers, with 43 in America and 42 in Australia.

By contrast, only 9% managers are women in Sri Lanka ,and the figure in Egypt is equal to that in Japan ,standing at 12%.

Overall ,both united states and Australia have the largest number of females who are employed and who are managers .

Conversely , the number in Egypt is the lowest.

In Japan and Sri Lanka, while large number of females are at work, few of them can climb to managerial positions.
