ACQUITY I-Class 錯(cuò)誤：Rotary tray move HW fault（旋轉(zhuǎn)樣品盤移動硬件故障）-

故障描述
Fault description

• 進(jìn)樣后，旋轉(zhuǎn)樣品盤移動硬件出現(xiàn)故障。 After injection, the rotating sample disk movement hardware failure occurred

• 重置后出現(xiàn) Tray lost synchronization（樣品盤丟失同步）錯(cuò)誤。 A Tray lost synchronization error occurred after the reset

環(huán)境

• ACQUITY UPLC H-Class H 級

• ACQUITY UPLC I-Class 一級水平

原因
Reason
樣品管理器室有限制。
There are limitations in the sample manager room.
清洗管路，防止旋轉(zhuǎn)樣品盤移動。
Clean the pipeline to prevent the sample plate from moving.

解決方法
Solutions

1. 沿泡沫布設(shè)清洗管路。 A cleaning pipeline is arranged along the foam cloth

2. 重置樣品管理器。 Reset the sample manager

3. 執(zhí)行旋轉(zhuǎn)樣品盤校正。 Perform rotating sample plate calibration

2. FTN 旋轉(zhuǎn)樣品盤未校正且 Z 軸校正超出范圍

FTN rotating sample plate not corrected and Z axis correction out of range-

• FTN 旋轉(zhuǎn)樣品盤未校正 FTN rotating sample plate not corrected

• 校正旋轉(zhuǎn)樣品盤后，分析開始時(shí)出現(xiàn)同樣的錯(cuò)誤 The same error occurred at the beginning of the analysis after calibration of the rotating sample tray

• Z-axis calibration out of range（Z 軸校正超出范圍）和 Characterize Needle Seal（定義針密封件）一起出現(xiàn)。 The Z-axis calibration out of range and Characterize Needle Seal appear together

• 針頭周圍的區(qū)域不會隨著更換針而下降。 The area around the needle does not decrease as the needle is changed

解決方法

要校正旋轉(zhuǎn)樣品盤，請執(zhí)行以下步驟：
To correct the rotating sample tray, perform the following steps:

1. 在 ACQUITY 控制臺中進(jìn)入服務(wù)模式。進(jìn)入故障排除菜單并選擇“維護(hù)模式”，輸入密碼 (1147)。 In ACQUITY, Control Taichung into service mode. Go to the troubleshooting menu and select“Maintenance mode”, enter the password (1147)

2. 在控制臺的“樣品管理器”區(qū)域，選擇“維護(hù)”下拉菜單，選擇“校正旋轉(zhuǎn)樣品盤”，然后按照提示操作。 In the sample manager area of the console, select the maintenance drop-down menu, select correct rotating sample tray, and follow the instructions

3. 卸下樣品板，然后單擊“下一步”。 Remove the sample board, and then click next

4. 將校正銷（部件號 405013532；通常位于樣品管理器門中的泡沫絕緣材料中）的長邊插入校正孔中，然后單擊“下一步”。 Insert the long edge of the calibration pin (part number 405013532; usually in the foam insulation in the sample manager door) into the calibration hole, and then click next

5. 待出現(xiàn)校正值之后，單擊“完成”。 After the correction value appears, click finish

6. 在故障排除菜單中禁用“維護(hù)模式”。 Disable Maintenance mode in the troubleshooting menu
