Some people believe that in order to improve educational quality,
we should encourage students to make comments or even criticism of their teachers,
but others think it would lead to a loss of respect and discipline in the classroom.

Whether judging teachers can promote the quality of teaching has always been a controversy.
While some people declare students should have the right to comment, my view, however, on the contrary, is it may lead to some problems.
?
There are some advantages to assess teachers.????
1.?? 觀點(diǎn)One is that it can facilitate teachers to improve their teaching quality.
2.?? 延展(This is to say,)as teachers may not know whether students have mastered the courses, it is the feedback from students that can tell teachers how to adjust their teaching methods that can best suit different levels of students.
3.?? 舉例In some schools, questionnaires are used to collect responses from students on certain courses or teachers.
4.?? In this way, teachers will be encouraged to come up with more creative teaching approaches , otherwise they would fail in their career.
5.?? Also, this method is beneficial for students in that they are involved in the teaching process and their feedback can contribute to the teaching result.
6.?? At the same time, they can practice independent and critical thinking, which in turn would help their academic studies.
?
?
However, it also has some disadvantages/ drawbacks / downsides/
1.?? The most basic one is students are likely to be rude.
2.?? 延展 ?虛擬 ?If students were allowed to interrupt or criticize teachers in the class,? traditional ethics about respecting teachers and obeying classroom discipline would be violated/? breached .
3.?? What should be specially mentioned is that some theoretical subjects, such as philosophy or politics which is boring but it is an integral part of compulsory curriculum.
4.?? Students who find such courses unappealing are inclined to give negative comments , which is unfair and biased
5.?? Additionally , encouragement of evaluation in class would lead to an opposite impact .
6.?? The classroom would end up in disorder, and finally in chaos.
?
To conclude, ?although it might seem sensible for students to assess their teachers, I personally prefer the view that it may cause disrespect and indiscipline.
