Nice sentence:

  1. (遠程辦公的好處)Although Gen-z recurits felt more lonely and isolated than their old colleagues, the ability to work remotely has unearthed new possibilities. The benefits go beyond working in your pyjamas. Many are takng calls from beach chairs and hammocks in more exotic locales. They even are relocating and fleeing big cities in seach for cheaper or larger homes.
  2. (z世代靈活性就業(yè)的需要產(chǎn)生了人才短缺)Industries with jobs that cannot be done from home are falling out of favour with recent graduates. There is an inverse relationships between talent shortages and flexible working polocies. The sectors which are either less able to offer remote work or have been slower to embrace it, including construction, finance, and manufacturing , have been facing some of the biggest skill gaps for all types of job.
  3. (Z世代偏向穩(wěn)定就業(yè))Those graduates who do choose tech are likelier to pick an established firm over a sexy(時髦的) startup with hazier prospects(前景黯淡). Some graduates may instead option for other high-tech sectors that seem less vulberable to economic swings(經(jīng)濟波動). Drugmakers at the forefront of the covid-19-vaccine rollout are finding particular favour. Meanwhile, graduates' sharpening focus on job security also boosts the appeal of the public sector. Around 1.4m Chinese people vie for 31,000 government positions by sitting the notoriously tough national civil-service exam, increasing by more than a half since covid-19 first struck. If graduates keep graviating towards safe governement jobs, that will leave a smaller talent pool for private employers to fish in.
  4. (如何吸引年輕人就業(yè))The best thing firms can do to lure young talent is to cough up more money. Some earlier hobby horses such as an employer's commitment to diversity and inclusion or coporate social responsibility have edged down the list of American graduates' priorities. By contrast, competitive base salary and high future earnings have edged up. Some companies have been rasing their starting salaries, or offering recent graduates sign-on bonuses and subsidies on living necessities.
