1. 簡介：

???紅底色的均為集團牌，我們按照牌面將集團牌分為：地點、人物和普通集團牌，這里介紹地點牌。

地點(Place)：這些代表了控制了該地政府的陰謀團伙。地點在災害中很脆弱。

2.陣營

?????共有10種不同的陣營。它們標識在卡牌的左下方。一些集團有一個陣營，一些則有多個，還有一部分沒有。對于一個集團而言，控制同一陣營的集團與消滅對立陣營的集團更加容易。

????在INWO當中陣營的含義：

政府(Goverment)：任何政府的分支機構；其對立面為公司。

公司(Corporate)：企業(yè)或是企業(yè)聯(lián)合；其對立面為政府。

自由派(Liberal)：政治上的“左派”，不論它什么意思；其對立面為保守派。

保守派(Conservative)：常對自由派發(fā)火，其對立面為自由派。

和平派(Peaceful)：哲學上反對使用武力；其對立面為暴力派。

暴力派(Violent)：擁有武裝和/或很危險，不一定很兇殘；其對立面為和平派。

主流(Straight)：社會上隨大流；美國藍領階層；其對立面為怪誕。

怪誕(Weird)：怪異、特立獨行、與鄰人相異；其對立面為主流。

罪犯(Criminal)：通過暴力、欺詐或威脅向公民勒索錢財和/或?qū)嵤┏裘阎姆缸?。其無對立面。

狂熱派(Fanatic)：堅持一個有限的信仰體系，以對抗其它所有的。任意兩個狂熱派集團都視作互為“對立面”。

陣營變更：一些卡牌可以臨時或永久地變更集團的陣營。這些變更維持至組織被消滅之后（是的，這很重要）——永久變更仍是永久的，臨時變更在其持續(xù)期間后仍會失效。

?????一個集團不能屬于兩個對立面陣營；比如，如果其為暴力派，有效果令其成為和平派，其將不再是暴力派。同樣地，一個集團不能擁有“雙倍陣營”。如果一個暴力派再次成為暴力派，不會產(chǎn)生任何效果。

3.屬性

??????特定的斜體字的“屬性”可能出現(xiàn)在集團牌的右下方。這些定義了哪些牌會受到特定陰謀或特殊能力的影響。例如，電腦是一個屬性。對“所有電腦集團”的起效的卡牌只對右下方有電腦的集團生效。

屬性之間沒有自動作用。例如，一個電腦集團在進攻另一個電腦集團上沒有特殊獎勵或懲罰，除非某個陰謀或特殊能力說有。

4.力量(Power)

?????一個集團的力量是其統(tǒng)治其他集團能力的指標。一些集團擁有兩個力量數(shù)字——舉個例子，7/4。第一個數(shù)字是常規(guī)力量，用于該集團發(fā)起一次對其它任意集團的直接進攻，或是援助或阻撓一次合適的集團參與的進攻（見第7頁進攻）。第二個數(shù)字是全球力量，可以用于忽視陣營地援助或阻撓一次進攻（見第8頁全球力量）。

當有效果變更了一個集團的力量，除非一張牌上另有規(guī)定，新的力量對所有意圖都有效。注意，臨時的力量獎勵（比如來自+10陰謀牌的）不計入目標。

????除非牌上另有規(guī)定，一個印刷力量為0的集團正常獲得行動指示物，不過如果一個集團的力量降低至0，其失去行動指示物并不能再次獲得，除非其力量提高至高于0。力量不會降低至0以下。

5.抵抗(Resistance)

?????這是集團抵抗統(tǒng)治的能力。高抵抗令一個集團難以接管……也易于防御，當你控制它時。

?????光明會集團沒有抵抗，因為它們不能被直接進攻。

6.控制箭頭

?????光明會卡牌有四個輸出控制箭頭。它們每個都可以用于控制一個集團。

?????其他集團擁有一個輸入控制箭頭，以及0到3個輸出控制箭頭。當你接管一個集團，將其輸入控制箭頭鄰接于其主宰的輸出控制箭頭。

?????如果一張卡牌是上下翻轉(zhuǎn)的或是側(cè)放的都沒有關系，只要箭頭正確的排列且沒有集團與其他集團重疊即可。

7.特殊能力

?????每個集團都擁有一項特殊能力。遵從卡牌上的指示。

?????除非卡牌上另有說明，否則所有使用一項特殊能力的消耗必須由該集團的所有者提供。
