我們做外貿(mào)的，經(jīng)常收到客戶的詢價不在我們的業(yè)務(wù)范圍，或者我們的產(chǎn)品在該客戶所在地區(qū)已經(jīng)有獨家代理了，那我們該如何委婉的回絕客戶，并盡可能地借機會開發(fā)這個客戶關(guān)注我們的其他產(chǎn)品呢？

今天給大家以一個例子說明如何回復(fù)這樣的詢價信件，并借機開發(fā)一下這個客戶：

您8月1日致大連分公司的信已轉(zhuǎn)交給我們關(guān)注和回復(fù)，因為上述貨物屬于我們的業(yè)務(wù)范圍。

We regret to inform you, however, that this particular line has already been represented by XXXX & Co., Ltd., 12345 Broad Street, Alexandria, Egypt. As a result, we are not in a position to supply you with the goods but would rather recommend that you approach them direct for your requirements.
