Overview: Tsar's Seers (Царская провидца), or simply called the Seers, were established in 1480 and had the name and mission changed several times over the six hundred years that they were in existence. Currently, the group's major mission is to collect anomalies that originated in Russia or belong to the Tsar's treasures. Historically, the group was disbanded in 1920, but its members started to act secretly within a variety of organizations. Over half of their members are considered magic users ("Type Blue" in modern terminology), and their abilities are ranked at various different levels. Individual members of the Seers are harmless under most conditions, and even make great contribution to groups where they have inserted themselves. The exception is that they view GRU Division "P" as a major enemy. The Seers are seeking to the previously mentioned objects, and it is possible that they intend to conduct research on or even utilize these objects. Overview: Bell Thrower is an anomalous organization mainly operating in 47th parallel universe. Bell Thrower are mainly constituted of a humanoid species called "Honored Human", and their mission is to ensure the human rights and living space for Honored Humans. The organization is highly differentiated. Among them are the Bell Throwing Hands Consortium, familiar with developing and producing anomalous products. The Consortium earn profits and rare materials for the total development. Generally, their products have clear purpose and good stability, and might be allowed to be transferred to or from Foundation Sites. Since the outbreak of open war may possibly bring about an aftermath as severe as a SK Class: Dominance Shift Scenario, the Foundation treats Bell Thrower agents as friendly according to protocols, while remaining cautious at all times. The business was started by a former Serpent's Hand member and retired GOC personnel, Ms. Valentina de Oliveira Martins. The company undertook various safeguarding contracts over the next twenty years, becoming prosperous on the basis of contracts in the Arab world, America and Three Portlands. Cobweb International, as a Private Military Company (PMC), usually doesn't directly participate in attack or defense in a battle. Its jobs mainly include local safeguarding, protection of motorcades or fleets, as well as some paranormal military training service, and rarely the rescue of important individuals. It often cooperates with various NGOs such as Manna Charitable Foundation. As the company employs a lot of anomalous humans, it has become a paranormal force which the Foundation must be very careful of. Despite being a PMC, they also accept requests from non-war areas, serving as a security company. Cobweb International seems not to care about the veil being remained or not. It do not spare any anomalies that it can control and will utilize them in missions. It also actively recruits various paranormal employees. This attitude makes the relationship between it and the Foundation and the GOC highly strained. However, this does not mean that it will never cooperate with the either of these organizations. (also known as YuanJi Inc. or YJ Inc.) is a well-known private medical and biotechnology corporation from Taiwan. It has been established for over 30 years and provides service of medication and private education in Taiwan. The company also develops and profits from biomedical merchandises. The organization used to be viewed as a normal group until several SCPs indicate that supervisors of the company may have unknown contact with Sarkicism, utilizing paranormal biotechnologies for internal projects. Except for a few noticeable cases, most of YuanJi Inc.'s activity are non-anomalous, and most of its employees are not aware of the existence of paranormal society. Considering the influence YuanJi has on Taiwanese society, eradication of the organization is currently deemed both impossible and unnecessary. Since YuanJi Inc.'s awareness of Foundation and under-the-veil society has been evaluated to be extremely low, the current resource of Foundation is to be focused on monitoring the supervisors of the Incorporation and launching intelligence operations on its internal database and medical research. ?
