The HX710 Turning Center is a compact, yet incredibly versatile, totally enclosed, PC-based CNC lathe, suitable for all skill levels. The small footprint of the HX710 allows it to comfortably fit in a classroom without sacrificing performance. This machine has been designed to operate on standard 120v power; therefore, phase converters or room modifications are not needed. The combination of a small footprint, full CNC capabilities, and affordable price make the HX710 Turning Center an excellent solution for turning a range or materials such as plastic, woods, and metals for applications in education ,?prototyping, and light production.

The HX710 features a powerful?variable speed spindle motor with two-speed ranges (0-1100; 0-2500 RPM) to accommodate for low-speed torque. This turning center also comes equipped with 2-axis NEMA stepper motors, precision ACME lead screws with bronze nuts, USB-based motion control, vivid LED work lighting, and an MT2 taper spindle and tailstock with a live center.
