2022年新春伊始，相鄰城市突發(fā)新冠肺炎疫情，作為遼西地區(qū)唯一的集中救治中心，一場與病毒斗爭、與時間賽跑的生命保衛(wèi)戰(zhàn)在這里打響。白衣天使踐行人民至上、生命至上理念，以精湛醫(yī)術(shù)書寫大愛情懷，確保每一名患者在最短時間治愈出院。

At the beginning of New Year of 2022, the epidemic suddenly broke out in the neighboring cities. As the only centralized treatment center in the west of Liaoning, a province in China, a life-defending battle against virus and race against the clock started here. The angels in white put the people and their lives first, treated people with their excellent medical skills and their great love, and ensured that every patient could be healed and leave the center in the shortest possible time.

The hospital has been insisting on using the concept of party building to guide its work in order to strengthen its party organization and make every party member become a good symbol.

Wang Defu, the secretary of the hospital’s party committee, said that the hospital had been constantly putting emphasis on the party construction and would give it a priority in the future. The hospital’s party committee has been serving as a leading role in directing orientations, managing the general situations, making decisions, boosting reformations and ensuring implementations. It has also been converging the party leadership into every management respects so as to fully show the requirements of party construction, shape the industry style of exquisite medical skills, loft medical ethics and conscientious medical attitudes and lead medical staff to foster and practice the gracious professionalism encompassed respecting life, being willing to dedicate, sharing boundless compassion, and healing the wounded and rescuing the dying.

The current epidemic situation has shown the “power” of party building work. In order to provide a strong political foundation and an ideological guarantee for the smooth development of medical treatment, the hospital coordinated all its responses, always readied to come, able to fight, and won in battle.

說起當(dāng)時的情況，院黨委副書記、院長洪琦動情地說：“我們的醫(yī)護人員都清楚，進到隔離病房就會面臨被傳染的風(fēng)險，但卻各個主動請纓，沒有一人退縮，沒有一人講條件，我們的主力軍能進的全進了！他們穿著防護服，最長時間的已經(jīng)在里面堅守了整整兩個月。沒人叫苦叫累，每個人都說我能堅持！”

When talking about the situation at that time, Hong Qi, the deputy secretary of the party committee and the president of the hospital, said with emotion: “All of our medical staff knew clearly that they might be infectious if they worked in the isolation wards, but all of them volunteered to work there. None of them flinched, and none of them made terms with the hospital. Our main forces who were able to work in the isolation wards had all entered!” They wore protective suits and worked there. Some of them even worked inside for the longest time of two months. No one complained that he was tired. Everyone said they could hold on! ”

Grasp the Nettle

自2月8日起，醫(yī)院先后接收遼西區(qū)域確診患者107例，已經(jīng)達到新建隔離病房的最大承載能力，是救治中心建成以來第一次滿負荷運轉(zhuǎn)。更為棘手的是，患者中既有8個月大的娃娃，也有年近九旬高齡的老人；既有身懷六甲的孕婦，也有智力低下、精神障礙的孩童，還有免疫功能缺欠、骨折、合并糖尿病、高血壓等基礎(chǔ)疾病的患者，病情復(fù)雜，救治難度可想而知，壓力挑戰(zhàn)前所未有。各種情況提前預(yù)判，一一做好應(yīng)對措施，結(jié)合之前的救治經(jīng)驗，投入醫(yī)院全部可用力量，僅用24小時騰空所有病房，將原有其他傳染病患者平穩(wěn)有序安置。

Since February 8, the hospital has received 107 confirmed patients from the west of Liaoning, which has reached the maximum capacity of the newly built isolation wards. It’s the first time that the treatment center operated with its full capacity since its completion. What’s worse, among the patients, there were not only an 8-month-old child but also some elderly people in their late nineties; there were some pregnant women, some children with mental retardation and mental disorders, as well as some patients with diseases such as immune deficiency, fractures, diabetes, and hypertension and so on. We could see the patients’ conditions were very complicated, which indicated that it would be very hard for us to rescue them. The challenges that medical staff had been facing were indeed unprecedented. In view of the fact, they needed to predict various situations in advance and prepared to serve them. Also, they had to combine the previous treatment experience, put into all the available forces of the hospital so that they could vacate all wards within 24 hours and arrange the other patients with the other infectious diseases orderly.

市衛(wèi)健委根據(jù)治療實際情況，從市中心醫(yī)院、市二醫(yī)院、市康寧醫(yī)院、市婦嬰醫(yī)院、市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院抽調(diào)專業(yè)醫(yī)護人員，并協(xié)調(diào)省派專家組成精干專業(yè)團隊，在省專家組的專業(yè)指導(dǎo)下，舉全系統(tǒng)之力開展救治工作。大家鼎力配合，全力以赴，直到最后一名患者轉(zhuǎn)陰出院。

According to the treatment conditions, the Municipal Health Commission mobilized professional medical personnel from the Central Hospital, the Second Municipal Hospital, the Municipal Kangning Hospital, the Municipal Maternity and Child Hospital, and the Municipal Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. Meanwhile, it also coordinated the provincial experts to form an elite team. Under the professional guidance of the provincial expert group, the hospital rescued people with the efforts of the whole system. They had cooperated and shoot for the moon until the last patient tested negative and was discharged from the hospital.

Party Member’s Elegant Demeanor

疫情當(dāng)前，救治中心新冠治療第一梯隊在石萍隊長、程艷副隊長帶領(lǐng)下迅速在夜色濃霧中集結(jié)，再次扛起抗疫的大旗，白衣執(zhí)甲，進入隔離病房。

Confronting the epidemic, the First Echelon of Covid-19 Treatment in treatment center quickly gathered in one thick fog night under the leadership of the group leader Shi Ping and the deputy group leader Cheng Yan. They dressed in white, entered the isolation wards, and took on their responsibilities of anti-epidemic again.

他們每天要在隔離間里不飲不食不休不眠，連續(xù)工作至少6小時，還要在清潔區(qū)根據(jù)詢問的病史，書寫病志，工作繁忙但有序開展。接診結(jié)束，天已見亮；患者病情復(fù)雜，翻閱資料，請教相關(guān)專業(yè)醫(yī)生，根據(jù)患者病情制定治療方案，一人一策，精準救治。

They were supposed to continuously worked in the isolation wards at least 6 hours every day with no drinking, no eating, no sleeping and no resting; they needed to write the medical records in the clean area according to the patients’ medical history. The work was busy but orderly. At the end of the consultation, the day broke. If the patients’ conditions were complex, they needed to collect the information, consult the relevant professional doctors, and then formulate a treatment plan according to every patient’s condition in order to personalize diagnosis and treatment.

抗疫初期，時間緊任務(wù)重，短時間接收大量確診患者，石萍在工作崗位上已經(jīng)連續(xù)奮戰(zhàn)了近10天。無論是患者床位安排還是病情評估，石萍都秉持科學(xué)嚴謹?shù)膽B(tài)度，從患者的合理診療到飲食起居，無微不至。對有身體活動障礙的患者，交接時她親自攙扶下車，用輪椅將患者安全推送至病房。患者中有一位智力殘障兒童，石萍為孩子背負行李，作心理疏導(dǎo)，孩子和她很快就熟悉起來，并愿意跟她一起到病房，她用愛溫暖了患者幼小的心房。

At the beginning of fighting against Covid-19, the day was short but the work was much. That is to say, a large number of confirmed patients were received in a short time, and Shi Ping had been working hard for nearly 10 consecutive days. Whether it was the patients’ bed arrangement, the assessment of their conditions, their diets and their daily life or their reasonable diagnosis and treatment, Shi Ping adhered to a scientific and rigorous attitude towards them. For those patients with physical activity disorders, she would help them out of the cars during the handover and used the wheelchairs to push them to the wards. Among the patients was an intellectually disabled child, Shi Ping would carry the child’s luggage and help him with some psychological counseling. The child quickly became familiar with her and was willing to go to his ward with her. She did move the child with her love.

組長許爽連續(xù)50多天高強度的工作，身體已經(jīng)到達極限，在堅持支撐自己的同時，還像一個知心大姐姐一樣不忘鼓勵隊員。

The team leader Xu Shuang, who had been working intensively for more than 50 consecutive days and had reached her body’s limit, still insisted on working and encouraged her team members like an advice columnist.

組長李維芳，對每名重患的病情都能了如指掌，鼻梁深深的勒痕，見證著她每天辛勤的工作，她謙虛地評價自己的工作：“平凡的人干平凡的事?！?/p>

The team leader Li Weifang, who knew every patients’ condition well, appraised her job modestly: “We ordinary people are doing the ordinary things.” The deep strangulation marks on the bridge of her nose had witnessed her hard work every day.

“寶貝兒，剛才打過電話，媽媽說今天爺爺又教你唱歌了，你居然哼哼出了調(diào)調(diào)，轉(zhuǎn)眼間兩個月快過去了……”這是隊員王正寫給孩子的《戰(zhàn)“疫”隨筆：寶貝兒，你聽爸爸說》里的內(nèi)容。他寫道，“爸爸知道你需要我，其實我也需要你，可是爸爸知道，生病的人比你更需要爸爸，爸爸的肩上還有更重的職責(zé)?！必?zé)任如山，大愛無垠！

“My baby, I just called your mom. She said that your grandpa taught you to sing again today, and you actually hummed a tune. Two months had passed in a twinkling of an eye ...” These are the words in?An?Essay about Combating Epidemic: Baby, Listen to Your Father?written by the team member Wang Zheng. He wrote, “Dad knows you need me. In fact, I need you, too. But I know that my patients need me more than you do. There is much more responsibility on my shoulders.” Responsibility was like a mountain. Great love was boundless!

防控有力

Effective Prevention and Control

百余患者的救治，守住了院感“零感染”底線，國務(wù)院聯(lián)防聯(lián)控機制工作組來錦檢查督導(dǎo)疫情防控時，專家高度評價錦州中心的院感防控工作。

The proper treatment of more than 100 patients kept the bottom line of “zero infection” in the hospital. The experts spoke highly of the hospital’s infection prevention and control work of Jinzhou Center when the working group of the joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council came to inspect and supervised the epidemic prevention and control in Jinzhou.

成績來之不易，過程“用心良苦”。

The achievements were hard-won, and the process had been given much attention.

醫(yī)院堅持人防、物防、技防“三防”聯(lián)動，全程實行閉環(huán)管理，感控督導(dǎo)組功不可沒，他們筑起了一道堅不可摧的防護墻。

The hospital adhered to “The Three Defense” linkage of defending people, materials and technology and the implementation of closed-loop management throughout the whole process. The sensor-control and inspection team made a great contribution to building such an indestructible protective wall.

消殺組成員大多是“九零后”獨生女，但在戰(zhàn)場上卻看不出一絲的嬌氣。每天進間就馬不停蹄開戰(zhàn)：地面、墻面、天花板、設(shè)備、儀器……必須全部擦拭消毒，特別是對天花板進行消毒時，她們需要一直仰著頭，舉著拖板，不間斷地擦拭，考驗的是臂力、體力、意志力，穿著厚厚的防護服，幾分鐘就汗如雨下……6個小時下來，隊員們各個精疲力竭。

Most of the members of the disinfection and sterilization groups were the only daughters of many families of the post-90s generation. However, they showed no any trace of pettiness in the battlefield. Every day when they entered the rooms, they worked without stopping: the floors, the walls, the ceilings, the equipment, instruments ... All of these must be completely wiped and disinfected. In particular, when the ceilings were disinfected, they needed to hold the mops and continuously wipe them with their heads up. This tested their muscle power, physical strength, and willpower. Wearing thick protective clothing, they sweated just in a few minute s... After six hours of hard work, the team members might be exhausted.

對于患者衛(wèi)生間的處理又是一種挑戰(zhàn)，患者的大小便及分泌物要用1：20000的有效氯溶液進行浸泡沖洗，大便的味道加上氯溶液的刺鼻味道直接“上頭”……

The cleaning of the patients’ bathroom was another great challenge. The patients’ urination, defecation and secretion should be soaked and rinsed with 1:20000 effective chlorine solution. The smell of stool plus the pungent smell of chlorine solution always directly “made them crazy”.

住院患者超過百名，她們的工作量也是滿負荷的，每個班次要處理50多個病房，打包垃圾近200袋，每天要進3個班次，大家用“勞動最光榮，抗疫最偉大，我們就是錦州中心的一道堅不可摧的防護墻”的口號相互打氣，昂揚斗志。

With more than 100 inpatients, they really had an intensive workload. During each shift, they had to deal with more than 50 wards, pack nearly 200 bags of garbage. They had to go to three shifts every day. They used the slogan of “Labor is the most glorious. Anti-epidemic is the greatest. We are an indestructible protective wall of Jinzhou Center!” to cheer each other up and raise them morale.

救治工作是一項系統(tǒng)工程，后勤保障不可或缺。

Treatment was a systematic project and its logistics support was indispensable.

為強化與封控區(qū)的溝通聯(lián)絡(luò)，保證第一時間了解救治情況，切實做好協(xié)調(diào)指揮、物資保障等相關(guān)工作，同時守牢院感防控底線，院長洪琦靠前指揮，帶領(lǐng)院辦、醫(yī)務(wù)科、護理部、感染管理科等12個科室人員進入二環(huán)管控區(qū)閉環(huán)工作，第一時間成立了指揮系統(tǒng)，全面協(xié)調(diào)、統(tǒng)籌安排一線救治相關(guān)保障工作。與專家、主任、護士長現(xiàn)場溝通，詳細了解患者情況以及救治所需，并立即組織協(xié)調(diào)、保障，實現(xiàn)無縫對接。全體人員齊心合作、協(xié)同作戰(zhàn)，加速了疫情防控救治進程，救治工作取得階段性勝利。

In order to strengthen the communication with the lockdown zone to ensure the understanding of the treatment situation in the first place, to make sure coordination and command, material support and other related work finished practically as well as guard the bottom line of hospital infection prevention and control at the same time, President Hong Qi led The Hospital Office, The Medical Department, The Nursing Department, The Infection Management Department and other 12 departments to enter the closed loop work of the second ring control zone, and set up a command system at the first time to comprehensively coordinate and make overall arrangements for the relevant support work of the first-line treatment. He communicated with the experts, the directors and the head nurses on site, having a better understanding of the patients’ situations and needs for the treatments in detail, and immediately organized coordination and support to achieve the seamless connections. All the staff worked hard together to speed up the process of the epidemic prevention, control and treatment, achieving the phased success in their treatment work.

Go With Love

錦州中心一直高度重視醫(yī)護人員的身心健康，以有力的關(guān)心關(guān)愛做好前線保障和后方支持，組建生活保障子系統(tǒng)，建立健全隔離酒店管理體系，從宏觀到細節(jié)，切實滿足隔離隊員生活需求，從他們的衣食住行到喜怒哀樂，細致入微，隨時解決生活中的問題。建立長效溝通機制，隨時了解隊員及家屬的困難和需求，醫(yī)院出面及時解決，解除后顧之憂，讓他們心無旁騖地投入戰(zhàn)勝疫情斗爭中。

Jinzhou Center has always been attaching great importance to the physical and mental health of its medical staff, and has done a good job in supporting the front line and rear one with full care. A life support subsystem has been set up to improve the isolation hotel management system, and practically met the life needs of the isolation team members from the macro to the details, ranging from their foods, clothing, housing and transportation to their joy, anger and sorrow. The service is so meticulous that they are ready to solve problems in life. A long-term communication mechanism has been established to understand the difficulties and needs of the team members and their families whenever it is needed. The hospital will come forward to solve the problems in a timely manner to relieve their worries and let them concentrate on the fight against the epidemic.

為生病隔離隊員開辟就醫(yī)綠色通道，定制“病號飯”，陪同隔離隊員家屬就醫(yī)就診、安排陪護并送去慰問品。院工會為隔離隊員過生日、送賀卡，每逢節(jié)日慰問隊員和家屬。成立志愿者服務(wù)隊，為隊員理發(fā)、送餐等，保障醫(yī)護人員的個性化需求。為幫助隊員緩解緊張情緒，市衛(wèi)健委派駐專業(yè)心理醫(yī)療團隊，進行心理疏導(dǎo)，緩解心理壓力。

A green channel for the medical treatment has been opened up for the sick isolated team members and the patients’ diets had been customized for them. Besides, the family members of the isolation team members have been accompanied to seek for some medical advice, to arrange accompanying care and to receive comfort supplies. The Labor Union of the hospital sent birthday cards to the isolation team members and sent greetings to the team members and their families on holidays. A volunteer service team has been set up to cut hair and deliver meals for the team members to ensure their personalized needs of medical staff. In order to help the team members relieve their tension, the Municipal Health and Health Commission dispatched a professional psychological medical team to conduct psychological counseling and relieve the psychological pressure for them.
