AF594是一種明亮的水溶性染料，對4到10范圍內(nèi)的pH變化不敏感，AF594可用于高摩爾染料-蛋白質(zhì)比的蛋白質(zhì)標記。由此產(chǎn)生的具有高度標記（DOL）的共軛物不會表現(xiàn)出明顯的熒光猝滅，可以提高標記產(chǎn)物的檢測限度。
AF594 is a bright water-soluble dye that is insensitive to pH changes in the range of 4 to 10. AF594 can be used for protein labeling with high molar dye protein ratio. The resulting conjugates with highly labeled (DOL) do not show obvious fluorescence quenching, which can improve the detection limit of labeled products.
