摘 要

隨著信息化時(shí)代的到來，管理系統(tǒng)都趨向于智能化、系統(tǒng)化，高校普法系統(tǒng)也不例外，但目前國內(nèi)的市場(chǎng)仍都使用人工管理，市場(chǎng)規(guī)模越來越大，同時(shí)信息量也越來越龐大，人工管理顯然已無法應(yīng)對(duì)時(shí)代的變化，而高校普法系統(tǒng)能很好地解決這一問題，輕松應(yīng)對(duì)高校普法平時(shí)的工作，既能提高人力物力財(cái)力，又能加快工作的效率，取代人工管理是必然趨勢(shì)。

本高校普法系統(tǒng)以ssm作為框架，b/s模式以及MySql作為后臺(tái)運(yùn)行的數(shù)據(jù)庫，同時(shí)使用Tomcat用為系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)器。本系統(tǒng)主要包括以下功能模塊：首頁，個(gè)人中心，律師推薦管理，咨詢問題管理，問題回復(fù)管理，學(xué)生管理，律師管理，類型管理，法律知識(shí)管理，新聞?lì)愋凸芾?，法律新聞管理，律師推薦管理，咨詢問題管理，問題回復(fù)管理，管理員管理，普法論壇，系統(tǒng)管理等模塊，通過這些模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)能夠基本滿足日常高校普法管理的操作。

本文著重闡述了高校普法系統(tǒng)的分析、設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)，首先介紹開發(fā)系統(tǒng)和環(huán)境配置、數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì)，接著說明功能模塊的詳細(xì)實(shí)現(xiàn)，最后進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。

Abstract

With the advent of the information age, management systems tend to be intelligent and systematic, and the law popularization system in colleges and universities is no exception. However, at present, the domestic market still uses manual management, the market scale is getting bigger and bigger, and the amount of information is also increasing. The larger the scale, the more human management can obviously not cope with the changes of the times, and the legal popularization system in colleges and universities can solve this problem well and easily cope with the usual work of legal popularization in colleges and universities. Management is an inevitable trend.

The legal popularization system of this university uses ssm as the framework, b/s mode and MySql as the database running in the background, and uses Tomcat as the system server. This system mainly includes the following functional modules: Homepage, Personal Center, Lawyer Recommendation Management, Consulting Question Management, Question Reply Management, Student Management, Lawyer Management, Type Management, Legal Knowledge Management, News Type Management, Legal News Management, Lawyer Recommendation Management, Consulting question management, question reply management, administrator management, legal popularization forum, system management and other modules, the realization of these modules can basically meet the daily operation of legal popularization management in colleges and universities.

This paper focuses on the analysis, design and implementation of the legal popularization system in colleges and universities. First, it introduces the development system, environment configuration, and database design. Then, it explains the detailed implementation of the functional modules. Finally, it summarizes.

本次設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)是要設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)高校普法系統(tǒng)，通過這個(gè)系統(tǒng)能夠滿足高校普法系統(tǒng)的管理、學(xué)生和律師的普法服務(wù)。系統(tǒng)的主要功能包括：首頁，個(gè)人中心，律師推薦管理，咨詢問題管理，問題回復(fù)管理，學(xué)生管理，律師管理，類型管理，法律知識(shí)管理，新聞?lì)愋凸芾?，法律新聞管理，律師推薦管理，咨詢問題管理，問題回復(fù)管理，管理員管理，普法論壇，系統(tǒng)管理等功能。

管理員可以根據(jù)系統(tǒng)給定的賬號(hào)進(jìn)行登錄，登錄后可以進(jìn)入高校普法系統(tǒng)對(duì)普法所有模塊進(jìn)行管理。包括查看和修改自己的個(gè)人信息以及登錄密碼。

該系統(tǒng)為每一個(gè)學(xué)生和律師都分配了一個(gè)用戶賬號(hào)，通過賬號(hào)的登錄可以在系統(tǒng)中查看高校普法信息及對(duì)個(gè)人信息進(jìn)行修改等功能。

本系統(tǒng)提供給管理員對(duì)首頁，個(gè)人中心，律師推薦管理，咨詢問題管理，問題回復(fù)管理，學(xué)生管理，律師管理，類型管理，法律知識(shí)管理，新聞?lì)愋凸芾恚尚侣劰芾?，律師推薦管理，咨詢問題管理，問題回復(fù)管理，管理員管理，普法論壇，系統(tǒng)管理等諸多功能進(jìn)行管理。本系統(tǒng)對(duì)于律師和學(xué)生輸入的任何信息都進(jìn)行了一定的驗(yàn)證，為管理員操作提高了效率，也使其數(shù)據(jù)安全性得到了保障。

根據(jù)高校普法系統(tǒng)的功能需求，進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。

前臺(tái)功能：學(xué)生進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)首頁，法律知識(shí)，法律新聞，律師推薦，普法論壇，法律與校園，個(gè)人中心，后臺(tái)管理等進(jìn)行操作。

后臺(tái)主要是管理員和律師，管理員功能包括首頁，個(gè)人中心，律師推薦管理，咨詢問題管理，問題回復(fù)管理，學(xué)生管理，律師管理，類型管理，法律知識(shí)管理，新聞?lì)愋凸芾?，法律新聞管理，律師推薦管理，咨詢問題管理，問題回復(fù)管理，管理員管理，普法論壇，系統(tǒng)管理等。律師功能包括首頁，個(gè)人中心，律師推薦管理，咨詢問題管理，問題回復(fù)管理等。
