Highly stretchable van der Waals thin films for adaptable and breathable electronic membranes (段鑲鋒/黃昱教授課題組)
通過(guò)插層剝離,旋涂工藝合成無(wú)范德華Mo2S薄膜,具有優(yōu)異的延展性、舒適性和透氣性。主要是由于大面積無(wú)鍵范德華界面使得相鄰納米層滑動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn),以適應(yīng)局部結(jié)構(gòu)擾動(dòng),減少應(yīng)變誘發(fā)的裂紋和斷裂,從而確保結(jié)構(gòu)完整性。
