? ? ? ?我是初一3班的申晨，我是初一3班的羅晨軒。我們今天講話的主題是：我們怎么樣和網(wǎng)絡(luò)處理好關(guān)系。
? ? ? ?2020是不平凡的一年，因?yàn)橥蝗缙鋪淼囊咔?，網(wǎng)課代替了我們的校園生活，我們也因此有了更多的時(shí)間去接觸網(wǎng)絡(luò)。接觸網(wǎng)絡(luò)當(dāng)然不總是學(xué)習(xí)，偶爾也會(huì)打網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲。說到網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲，很多人就會(huì)說：學(xué)生可不能打游戲。
? ? ? ?但事實(shí)是，我們學(xué)習(xí)過后，常常會(huì)拿起手機(jī)來一局王者榮耀，而且瞬間投入get indulged in it。相信同學(xué)們都嘗試過網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶來的快感，可是這種快感背后藏著的負(fù)面影響，又有多少同學(xué)能真正意識(shí)到呢？
? ? ? ?互聯(lián)網(wǎng)是一個(gè)快速而且精彩紛呈的世界，智能手機(jī)又是網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展的助推器。它們倆互相搭配，吸引了不同年齡人們的注意力。我們通過手機(jī)上網(wǎng)，享受生活，比如聽音樂，玩游戲，拓寬我們的視野，享受奇妙的風(fēng)景。網(wǎng)絡(luò)所帶來的正面影響顯而易見。但同時(shí)它也帶來了一些不好的東西。如果長時(shí)間盯著手機(jī)，眼睛會(huì)刺痛、流淚，視力會(huì)受到明顯的負(fù)面影響。還有的同學(xué)沉溺網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲，從放下作業(yè)拿起手機(jī)的那一刻起，世界都與他無關(guān)了。這樣無法自拔，他們就會(huì)迷失在游戲中，而荒廢包括學(xué)習(xí)在內(nèi)的其他事情。
? ? ? ?父母和老師總是提醒我們，最為重要的兩件事就是認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)和身體健康。但我們總有些小伙伴正在熬夜上網(wǎng)，正在透支健康，睡眠不足，精神不振，沒有了我們這個(gè)年紀(jì)該有的青春活力。這就是我們沒有處理好和網(wǎng)絡(luò)的關(guān)系。
? ? ? ?網(wǎng)絡(luò)世界既可愛也可怕。我們利用得好，它就是一個(gè)好工具。在此，我們倆向大家提出倡議。首先，向父母尋求幫助，用設(shè)置鬧鐘的方式來提醒我們，適時(shí)適度地上網(wǎng)玩游戲。其次，我們可以培養(yǎng)新的愛好或結(jié)交更多的朋友，多多面對面地交流，這不僅可以學(xué)習(xí)新的東西，還能提高情商。最后當(dāng)然也希望，家長們能為我們樹立榜樣。手機(jī)的力量是無限的，而榜樣的力量更加無窮。

This is Shen Chen from Class Three, Grade One. This is Luo Chenxuan from Class Three, Grade One. The topic of our speech is: How to use the internet properly

2020 is an extraordinary year. Because of the unexpected epidemic, online classes have replaced our campus life, and we, therefore, have more time to access the cyber world.And of course, we do not also surf the internet for study.From time to time,we play online games. When it comes to online games, many people will say: students can't play games. However, after studying, we would often pick up the mobile phone and start the game "King of Glory", without doubt, we instantly get indulged in it. I believe most of us have been obssessed with the pleasure brought by the internet ! But how many of us can be aware of the negative effects hidden behind this kind of pleasure?

The internet open so?fast and exciting world to us, while smartphones boost network development.They collaborate with each other, attracting people of all ages. We can surf the internet via mobile phones and enjoy our life, such as listening to music and playing games. They can also broaden our visions and let us enjoy the wonderful scenery. The positive impact of the network is obvious, but meanwhile, it also brings serious consequences. Staring at the phone for a long time will damage our eyesight.Our eyes get sore and we often shed tears. Some fellow students like to play online games. From the moment they put down their homework and pick up their mobile phones, it seems the whole world has nothing to do with them. When they get addicted to online games, they may get lost in them and abandon other things including study.

Our parents and teachers always remind us that the two most important things at the present (stage) are to study hard and to keep healthy. However, I believe that there are always some buddies getting used to staying up late to surf the internet, such practice no doubt does harm to their health. They lose the vigor of youth.Obviously, they haven’t used internet properly.

The online worldis both adorable and terrible. As long as we use it well, it is a good tool. We would take this opportunity to offer our suggestions as follows. First of all, we can ask our parents for help, they can set alarm clocks to remind us then we will learn to play online games within a proper time limit. Secondly, we can develop some new hobbies or make more friends, which can allow us to have moreface-to-face communications, and to learn (more) something new (knowledge), and to improve our emotional intelligence. Finally, we also hope that our parents can set good examples for us, because a fine example has boundless power.??
