看他如何把許久不聯(lián)系的客戶盤活
周末的時候,大學時候的同學Q帶著她的雙胞胎過來我們家,我們是那種即使很久不見面,不聯(lián)系都不會感覺生疏的朋友。成家后,我們的確很少聯(lián)系,只是一直都在做外貿(mào)。
她是一個很幽默的人,性格大大咧咧的,期間聊了很多,她對象平時很忙,很難得才有一次休息的機會,借著放假的機會也一起過來玩。期間我問同學Q,她對象做的是什么工作?她說是保健品銷售的,前些年也做其他產(chǎn)品或者投資,但是沒有一次成功的,還賠了不少錢,這兩年還好一點。這些年都是靠她撐起的整個家,如果靠她對象的話,早就喝西北風了,表示對象的能力真是令人堪憂!
人民日報說:能力不是天生就有的,能力是闖出來的,是練出來的,是對無數(shù)次挫折,教訓(xùn)以及勝利的總結(jié)。
有能力的人,誰不是腥風血雨過來的,經(jīng)歷的多了,能力自然就有了;干成的次數(shù)多了,把握自然就有了。
不是先有能力,才能干成事,而是先從事干起,不斷的做事,不斷的總結(jié)經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn),不斷的復(fù)盤,需在事上磨,磨的足夠多了,磨到位了,能力自然就有了。
Q的對象是一個注重外表的人,這種人往往都很要面子。但是在我們面前,我跟他說不需要太拘謹,當作回家一樣就好,放松一點。他瞬間就釋然很多,看我做飯忙碌,晚上主動承擔起做菜的重擔,說理解照顧孩子還要工作的辛苦。
可見,他們之間其實也配合得挺默契的,他理解她的不易,在空閑的時間疼對方,給予足夠的陪伴。

我們喜歡把愛掛在嘴邊,其實生活在一起,彼此能夠懂對方顯得更重要,你懂我的不易,我懂你的需求。

記得之前一個師姐,她接待客戶的時候,會經(jīng)常說這句話,我懂你的要求,我懂你想要表達的意思,我懂你在這個項目想要放些什么配件......
而老師也是很懂客戶的一個人,他的郵件里總會給到客戶想要的內(nèi)容,所以他的訂單總是接踵而至!

Actually, the 1000 sets xxx is not including the batteries. And the 3000 sets xxx including the batteris, under the FOB Shenzhen.
But for your first bulk, we cherish this opportunity to work with you, so the solution as follow: we can provide product xxx under the FOB Shenzhen. But we need the all payment via T/T. And we will start to arrange production after payment received.

Hi xxx,
So sorry to hear that and I can understand what you are considering. It is sure that many factory can not back to work now so that is our advantage.
We can accept the QC to check the goods whether completed. But the lead time needs to increase as we need more time to contact your QC and inspect the goods.
After putting myself into your shoes here is the solution: we beg the 30% deposit at least and the 70% final payment after QC.

Hi dear xxx,
So sorry that our Ali can not open an order over USD 5000 because we do not open this service yet. And it needs around 15 working days to register the services, in order to help you get the goods early we have two solutions for your reference in this case:
Separate the order in half via Ali, each order is 1500 pcs, so each order needs a 15% deposit and balance against copy of B/L. In this case the total payment in each order is under USD500000
The payment by T/T instead of Ali, To show you our sincerity we can accept the T/T with 20% deposit and balance against copy of B/L.
Looking forward to your decision, the updated PI will be sent to you after your decision.
