Background:

Today, with the increasing investment in education in the country and the increasing emphasis on education, as a cornerstone of the education industry, the primary and secondary schools in the compulsory education stage are committed to cultivating the “all-people” with comprehensive development of comprehensive quality.

To this end, China's central government and local governments in various provinces and municipalities have worked hard to improve the concept and establish an education quality monitoring department, hoping to promote the development of education in a high quality and efficient direction.

This paper attempts to stand at the perspective of schools and teachers, and observes the problems in the implementation and application of regional education quality monitoring from the bottom up.

What:

This paper consists of six parts.

The first part is the introduction, which briefly explains the background and significance of the topic, and explains the research problems, research ideas and research methods.

The second part introduces the characteristics of basic education quality monitoring activities, the characteristics of monitoring reports and the latest trends in monitoring.

The third part is the implementation of the regional education quality monitoring sunshine evaluation project, the implementation of X primary school, the feedback of sunshine evaluation results and the conversion.

The fourth part discusses the problems in the monitoring of regional education quality, namely: poor quality of academic questionnaires, low quality of feedback reports, improvement of school organization requirements, improvement of teachers' literacy, and obstacles to the social environment.

The fifth part presents the school-based needs for improving the quality of education monitoring. It analyzes the contents of the Sunshine evaluation test, the test method, the writing of the feedback report, and the teacher training.

The sixth part is to improve the monitoring of education quality, including improving monitoring content, improving monitoring methods, training and upgrading teachers, and seeking external support.
