This paper consists of six parts.
The first part is the introduction, which briefly explains the background and significance of the topic, and explains the research problems, research ideas and research methods.
The second part introduces the characteristics of basic education quality monitoring activities, the characteristics of monitoring reports and the latest trends in monitoring.
The third part is the implementation of the regional education quality monitoring sunshine evaluation project, the implementation of X primary school, the feedback of sunshine evaluation results and the conversion.
The fourth part discusses the problems in the monitoring of regional education quality, namely: poor quality of academic questionnaires, low quality of feedback reports, improvement of school organization requirements, improvement of teachers' literacy, and obstacles to the social environment.
