Background:
Nowadays,people’s need for good quality education are getting higher and higher.
And teachers who are willing to contribute and focus on work are the guarantee of education quality.
However teachers’ job involvement faces new challenges.

What:
The main purpose of the study is to understand the situation of primary principal’s moral LEADERship and teachers' job involvement, and to analyze the differences between primary school teachers' perception of principals' moral LEADERship under different background variables, and to explore the relationship between primary school principals' moral LEADERship and teachers' job involvement.
Result:
Independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA and correlation analysis were used on the results of the questionnaire, and the following findings were obtained:
(1) The primary school teachers in Tianhe District perceive the principals' moral LEADERship to be moderate, and the fairness and justice dimensions are the best.
(2) The primary school teachers in Tianhe District have a good investment in their work, and the best in the dedication dimension.
(3) The primary school teachers in Tianhe District, who also serve as administrative positions, are more aware of the ethical LEADERship and teacher input of the principal than other teachers.
(4) The promotion of moral LEADERship of Tianhe District principals will help to increase teachers' job involvement.
The improvement of interpersonal care dimension is most conducive to improving teachers' job involvement.

Suggestion:
In view of the combination of interviews on the current situation of principals' moral LEADERship and teacher job involvement, as well as the analysis and discussion of the principals' moral LEADERship and teacher job involvement under different demographic variables, this study proposes the following recommendations:
First, the education administrative department should improve the principal selection mechanism and build a platform for the principal's moral LEADERship professional growth.
Second, the education administrative department should establish new mechanisms to expand the opportunities for teachers to participate in administrative affairs.
Third, the principal should demonstrate moral LEADERship behavior and strengthen interpersonal care for teachers.
Fourth, the moral LEADERship of the headmasters of Tianhe District Primary School and the teachers’ job involvement are significantly positively correlated with each level. the principal should build a LEADERship substitute and establish a shared vision.
