十、參賽資格

（一）資格賽

1.資格賽采用公開報名，不限性別，不限年齡，不限國籍。

2.國內(nèi)組男、女選手必須有中國臺球協(xié)會2023年積分排名，并已完成本年度注冊的運動員。

3.未處在中國臺球協(xié)會禁賽期內(nèi)的運動員。

10. ELIGIBILITY：

10.1 Qualifying Stage

10.1.1 The qualifying events shall adopt open registration, regardless of gender, age or nationality.

10.1.2 Men and women players of the Chinese Divisions must have CBSA 2023 ranking points and have completed the player registration of this year.

10.1.3 Players who are not being suspended by the CBSA.

（二）正賽

1.男子組：

正賽限128人參加，其中52名選手直接參加正賽，剩余76名全部從資格選拔賽（包括全國資格選拔賽和玉山資格選拔賽）中產(chǎn)生。

2.女子組：

正賽限32人參加，其中17名選手直接參加正賽，剩余15名全部從玉山資格選拔賽中產(chǎn)生。

10.2 Final Stage

10.2.1 Men's Division

The final stage is limited to 128 players, of which 52 players are eligible to start from the final stage, and the remaining 76 players will be selected from the qualifying stage (including the nationwide qualification trials and Yushan qualifying events).

10.2.2 Women's Division

The final stage is limited to 32 participants, of which 17 players are eligible to start from the final stage, and the remaining 15 players will be selected from the qualifying evnets in Yushan.

3.如遇中國臺球協(xié)會中式臺球男子排名前16、女子排名前4的選手(以2023年11月30日前中國臺球協(xié)會官方公布排名為準(zhǔn)）未報名參賽或不符合參賽條件或與其他正賽名額重復(fù)，空余名額將按照排名依次順延遞補(bǔ)。如已報名又臨時退賽的，空余名額將在資格賽未出線的選手中依據(jù)資格賽的綜合成績擇優(yōu)遞補(bǔ)。

10.2.3 If the top 16 men players and top 4 women players of the CBSA Chinese billiards Rankings (the official ranking of CBSA before 30th November 2023 shall prevail) do not register or do not meet the entry requirements or the player has another place according to quota allocation rules, the vacant seats will be passed to the next player on the ranking lists. If the players have already registered but submitted a withdrawal report afterwards, the vacant seats will be offered to players who lost in the qualifying events according to their competition results.

4.如非中國籍選手在中國臺球協(xié)會中式臺球男子排名前16、女子排名前4的，將分配至國際組參賽，并獲得正賽資格。

10.2.4? If there is non-Chinese nationality players among the top 16 men or top 4 women of the CBSA 's Chinese billiards rankings, they will be allocated to participate in the international divisions and are eligible to start from the Final Stage.

注：所有參賽選手必須在賽前自行進(jìn)行身體健康檢查，并自行購買參賽期間的意外傷害保險。

Note: All participants must conduct a physical health check before the participation and purchase accident insurance to cover the duration of the participation.

十二、參賽經(jīng)費

（一）資格賽

1.國內(nèi)組

（1）國內(nèi)組資格賽參賽費為人民幣700元/人。

（2）國內(nèi)組參賽費通過“星牌臺球”官方微信公眾號進(jìn)行繳納。

2. 國際組

（1）國際組資格賽參賽費為100美元/人。

（2）國際組參賽費在比賽現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行繳納。

12. ENTRY FEES:

12.1? Qualifying Stage

Chinese Divisions

1. The entry fees of qualifying events for Chinese players is CNY 700 per person.

2. The entry fees of Chinese players will be paid through the official WeChat account of "XINGPAIBILLIARD".

International Divisions

1. The entry fees of qualifying events for international players is $100 US dollars / person.

2. The entry fees of international divisions are to be paid at the venue.

（二）正賽

1.國內(nèi)組

1.1 直接參加正賽的國內(nèi)組選手，需一次性繳納參賽費人民幣3500元/人。

1.2 由全國資格賽晉級正賽選手補(bǔ)交正賽參賽費人民幣3300元/人。

1.3 由玉山資格賽晉級正賽選手補(bǔ)交正賽參賽費人民幣2800元/人。

12.2? Final Stage

12.2.1? Chinese Divisions

1. Chinese player who is eligible to play from the final stage (not through the qualifying events) shall pay a one-time entry fee of CNY3,500 per person.

2. Players who start from the nationwide qualification trials and enter to play the final stage shall pay an entry fee of CNY3,300 per person.

3. Players who start from the Yushan qualifying events and has entered to play the final stage shall pay an additional entry fee of CNY2,800 per person.

2.國際組

2.1 直接參加正賽的國際組選手，需一次性繳納參賽費500美元/人。

2.2 由玉山資格賽晉級正賽選手補(bǔ)交正賽參賽費400美元/人。

12.2.2? International Divisions

1. International players who start from the final stage need to pay a one-time entry fee of $500 per person.

2. Players who start from Yushan qualifying events and has entered to play the final stage shall pay an additional entry fee of $400 per person.

（三）所有進(jìn)入正賽選手在參賽期間入住指定酒店，食宿（含三餐）費用由賽事組委會承擔(dān)，住宿標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為雙人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)間，入住時需繳納1000元押金，選手需在個人比賽結(jié)束后的次日12點前退房，否則需自行承擔(dān)費用。如需單獨入住的選手需在報名截止時間之前通知賽事組委會，并補(bǔ)齊相應(yīng)差價300元/天（單人房間人員需繳納3000元押金，最終以實際入住天數(shù)核算后退回剩余押金）。入住非指定酒店的選手，費用自理。

12.3 Player who is eligible to play the final stage must stay at the designated hotel during the period of participation. The accommodation (including bed+ three meals) will be provided by the event organizing committee. The accommodation standard is a twin-bed room for two players. A deposit of CNY1,000 must be paid upon check-in. Players end the whole competition today must check out before 12:00noon the next day, otherwise, the players will be responsible for the expenses themselves. If players do not like to share the room and would like to stay alone, they must inform the event organizing committee before the entry deadline and pay an additional price difference of CNY300 per day (single room needs to pay a deposit of CNY3,000 upon checkin, which will be refunded after deduction the actual number of days stayed). Players choose to stay in other hotels will be responsible for their own accommodation.

13. PLAYERS ARRIVAL

13.1? Qualifying Stage

13.1.1? Chinese Men's Division

(1) Men players are required to arrive for the first qualifying event before 17:00pm December 1st 2023 (Beijing time).

(2) Men players are required to arrive for the second qualifying event before 17:00pm December 4th 2023 (Beijing time).

2.國內(nèi)女子資格賽選手報到時間

（1）第一場資格賽報到時間截止至北京時間2023年12月3日17:00。

（2）第二場資格賽報到時間截止至北京時間2023年12月5日17:00。

13.1.2 Chinese Women's Division

(1) Women players are required to arrive for the first qualifying event is before 17:00pm December 3rd 2023 (Beijing time).

(2) Women players are required to arrive for the second qualifying event is before 17:00pm December 5th 2023 (Beijing time).

3.國際資格賽選手報到時間

報到時間截止至北京時間2023年11月30日17:00。

13.1.3 Qualifying Events of international players

International players are required to arrive for the qualifying stage before 17:00pm November 30th 2023 (Beijing time).

（二）正賽

國內(nèi)組、國際組所有參加正賽選手報到時間截止至北京時間2023年12月7日20:00。

13.2? Final Stage

Both Chinese and international players are required to arrive for the final stage before 20:00pm December 7th 2023 (Beijing time).

十四、競賽辦法

（一）比賽規(guī)則

14. COMPETITION METHOD:

14.1? Rules of Play

1.執(zhí)行中國臺球協(xié)會2017版《中式臺球競賽總則》，全程使用三角框擺球、輪流開球。

14.1.1? Matches shall be played in accordance with the 2017 edition of CBSA General Rules for Chinese Billiards Competitions,? a triangular template rack will be used to rack the balls and alternative breaks format throughout the Championships.

2、資格賽除直播臺之外全部由區(qū)域裁判巡場，所有區(qū)域裁判巡場的場次由雙方選手自行比球、擺球、記錄比賽成績，并相互監(jiān)督犯規(guī)行為。如有需要聲明的事項應(yīng)向?qū)Ψ礁嬷羧魏我环綄σ淮螕羟蛴幸蓡?，可尋求巡場裁判判定?/p>

14.1.2? Except the streaming matches, it will be area referees throughout the qualifying stage, players will lag and rack their own balls, and record the scores by themselves, players watch their opponents playing. Player A must tell Player B if he/she has any doubts on any of the play on the table. Either player has the rights to seek the area referee’s involvement if there is any disagreements.

3、由裁判員單獨執(zhí)裁的比賽，除球堆花色擺放發(fā)生錯誤或球發(fā)生自行移動的情況之外，不得要求重擺或調(diào)整球堆位置。

14.1.3? Players are not allowed to ask a re-rack or adjustment if it is a duty referee match, provided that the stripes and colors were wrongly placed or the ball(s) moved on their own.

4、由裁判員單獨執(zhí)裁的比賽限時45秒出桿，剩余10秒提醒，剩余5秒開始倒計時讀秒。雙方選手每局比賽均可申請一次45秒的延時，決勝局不限時。由區(qū)域裁判巡場的比賽原則上不計時，但對故意拖延時間的行為，裁判長有權(quán)臨時決定對該場比賽采取限時出桿。

14.1.4? A shot clock will be used by the duty referees, each player will have 45 seconds per shot, a reminder will be given when 10 seconds remain, and a countdown will be given when 5 seconds remain. Each player will be allowed to use one extension of 45 seconds during each rack, no shot clock will be used in the deciding/final rack. Matches supervised by the area referees generally do not use the shot clock, however the head referee has the authority to arrange a duty referee during the match if there is intentional time-wasting behaviors.

5、每位選手每場比賽可在局間使用一次暫停，時間為5分鐘（一方選手申請了暫停另一方選手如果也離開比賽場地將被視為同樣申請了暫停）。使用暫停過程中有以下行為者（吸煙、接收場外指導(dǎo)、超時未歸）將被判負(fù)一局，超過15分鐘未歸將被判負(fù)整場比賽。特別提示：在比賽期間（包括暫停）選手接打電話將被取消本場比賽資格！使用暫停必須向當(dāng)值裁判表明意圖。在已經(jīng)使用過暫停后，選手如身體原因需要上洗手間將被允許，只有在本人行使球權(quán)時才可提出。

14.1.5? Each player can take one (1) time-out of 5 minutes between the racks during one match, (If Player A requests a time-out and Player B also leaves the play area, it will be considered as a timeout for both players). Any of the following actions during a time-out (such as smoking, receive coaching, not coming back on time) will result in forfeiture of one rack. If a player does not return for more than 15 minutes, the entire match will be forfeited. Note: Making or receiving phone calls during the match (including timeouts) will result in disqualification from the current match. The intention to use a time-out must be expressed to the referees on duty. After using a time-out, a player may request a bathroom break only when it is their turn to play.

6、每輪比賽裁判長宣布比賽開始后，未到場的選手將被判負(fù)一局，15分鐘后仍未到場視為棄權(quán)。遲到選手將失去賽前熱身時間和比球權(quán)，由對手選擇誰先開球。

14.1.6? If a player fails to arrive within 15 minutes after the start of each round announced by the head referee, the player will forfeit a rack. If a player fails to arrive for more than 15 minutes, the player will forfeit a match. Players of late arrival will lose the warm-up time before the match and lagging, his/her opponent will choose who is the first to break.

7、嚴(yán)禁在比賽中使用滑石粉。

14.1.7? The use of talc powder is strictly prohibited during the match.

（二）賽制

1.資格賽

（1）國內(nèi)男子組

分兩場進(jìn)行，采用單敗淘汰，全部采用17局9勝。第一場晉級16名，第二場晉級18名，共34名。

14.2? FORMAT

14.2.1? Qualifying Stage

(1) Chinese Men's Division

There will be two events, single elimination, race to 9. Sixteen players will be qualified from the first event and eighteen players will be qualified from the second event. A total of 34 players.

（2）國內(nèi)女子組

分兩場進(jìn)行，采用單敗淘汰，全部采用13局7勝。第一場晉級4名，第二場晉級3名，共7名。

(2) Chinese Women's Division

There will be two events, single elimination, race to 7. Four players will be qualified from the first event and three players will be qualified from the second event. A total of 7 players.

（3）國際男子組

分兩場進(jìn)行，采用單敗淘汰，全部采用17局9勝。每場晉級16名，共32名。

(3) International Men's Division

There will be two events, single elimination, race to 9. There will be sixteen players qualified from each event, a total of 32 players.

（4）國際女子組

分兩場進(jìn)行，采用單敗淘汰，全部采用13局7勝。每場晉級4名，共8名。

(4) International Women's Division

There will be two events, single elimination, race to 7. There will be four players qualified from each event, a total of 8 players.

（5）組委會有權(quán)根據(jù)實際報名情況調(diào)整晉級正賽的名額。

(5) The organizing committee has the right to adjust the quota allocation for the final stage according to the actual registration.

2.正賽

14.2.2? Final Stage

（1）男子組

男子組正賽共128人，其中國內(nèi)男子組64人、國際男子組64人，共分兩個階段進(jìn)行。

（1）Men’s Division

The Men's division of final stage consists of 128 players, with 64 players from the Chinese Men's division and 64 players from the international Men's division, which are divided into two phases.

1）第一階段為雙敗淘汰賽，分為國內(nèi)男子組和國際男子組兩個組別進(jìn)行，全部采用21局11勝。國內(nèi)男子組分為8個8人組，每組晉級2人，共晉級16人；國際男子組分為8個8人組，每組晉級2人，共晉級16人。第一階段共32名選手晉級第二階段的比賽。

1) Phase 1:?double elimination, divided as Chinese Men event and international Men event,race to 11 racks. The Chinese Men players will be divided into 8 groups of 8 players, each group 2 players will be qualified to Phase 2, a total of 16 players. The international Men's players will also be divided into 8 groups of 8 players, each group 2 players will be qualified to Phase 2, a total of 16 players. A total number of 32 players will advance to Phase 2.

2）第二階段為單敗淘汰賽，不分組別，全部選手混合進(jìn)行。其中半決賽和三、四名決賽采用41局21勝（分兩個階段），決賽采用81局41勝（分兩天四個階段），其余比賽全部為25局13勝。

2)Phase 2:single elimination, no groupings. All players will compete in one event.

The semifinals and third-fourth place playoffs : race to 21 racks. Matches shall be played in two sessions.The players of the final will race to 41 racks and matches shall be played in four sessions spanning two days. All other rounds of matches will race to 13 racks.

（2）女子組

女子組正賽共32人，其中國內(nèi)女子組16人，國際女子組16人，共分兩個階段進(jìn)行。

（2）Women’s Division

The Women's division of final stage consists of 32 players, with 16 players from the Chinese Women's division and 16 players from the international Women's division, which are divided into two phases.

1）第一階段為雙敗淘汰賽，分為國內(nèi)女子組和國際女子組兩個組別進(jìn)行，全部采用13局7勝。國內(nèi)女子組分為2個8人組，每組晉級4人，共晉級8人；國際女子組分為2個8人組，每組晉級4人，共晉級8人。第一階段共16名選手晉級第二階段的比賽。

1) Phase 1: double elimination, divided as the Chinese Women’s event and international Women's event, race to 7 racks. The Chinese Women's players will be? divided into 2 groups of 8 players, each group 4 players will be qualified to Phase 2, a total of 8 players. The international Women's players will also be divided into 2 groups of 8 players, each group 4 players will be qualified to Phase 2, a total of 8 players. A total number of 16 players will advance to Phase 2.

2）第二階段為單敗淘汰賽，不分組別，全部選手混合進(jìn)行。其中半決賽和三、四名決賽采用25局13勝，決賽采用37局19勝（分兩個階段），其余比賽全部為21局11勝。

2)?Phase 2:?single elimination tournament, no groupings. All players will compete in one event.

The semifinals and third-fourth place playoffs: race to 13 racks, (matches shall be played in two sessions), while the final will race to 19 racks (matches shall be played in four sessions spanning two days). All other rounds of matches will race to 11 racks.

（三）抽簽

14.3? Drawing Lots

1.資格賽

14.3.1.? Qualify Stage

（1）資格賽不設(shè)種子，全部混抽入位。參賽選手可根據(jù)自身情況現(xiàn)場抽簽，也可由裁判員代替抽簽。

(1) There are no seeds in the qualifying events. All are mixed and will draw randomly. The players can decide to be on site at the draw time, or the referee can draw on his/her behalf.

（2）資格賽抽簽全程進(jìn)行視頻直播。由裁判員代替選手抽簽的，選手需服從抽簽結(jié)果。

(2) The draw of the qualifying stage will be live streamed on video platforms.If players decide not to draw in person then a referee will stand in for the player and he/she shall have to accept the result of the draw.

2.正賽

14.3.2? Final Stage

（1）第一階段四個組別將直接參加正賽的選手設(shè)為種子，其中國內(nèi)男子組和國內(nèi)女子組的種子選手按排名順序直接進(jìn)入相應(yīng)種子位，國際男子組和國際女子組的種子選手抽簽進(jìn)入相應(yīng)種子位。從資格賽晉級的選手全部混抽入位。

(1) Phase 1: the four divisions will seed the players who are eligible to start from? the final stage. Among them, the seeded players of the Chinese men's and women’s divisions will directly enter the corresponding seed positions according to their rankings, and the players of the international men's and women's divisions will enter the corresponding seed positions by drawing lots. All players who started from the qualifying stage will be mixed up and placed randomly.

（2）第二階段將第一階段勝部晉級的選手依據(jù)勝率排序設(shè)為種子，勝率相同者依據(jù)排名進(jìn)行排序，如排名相同或都無排名則抽簽決定。敗部晉級的選手全部混抽入位。

(2) Phase 2: the players who advance from Phase 1 will be ranked as seeds based on their winning percentage. Those with the same winning percentage will be ranked based on their ranking, if they have the same rankings or no rankings, then will be decided by drawing lots. All the players who advanced from the loser’s bracket will be mixed in.

（3）所有參加正賽的選手必須出席12月8日比賽技術(shù)會議。正賽第二階段抽簽由裁判員代抽，選手需服從抽簽結(jié)果。

(3) All players of final stage must attend the players’ meeting on December 8th 2023. For the draw of the phase 2, the referee may draw lots on behalf of the players, and the players shall have to accept the results of the draw.

3.最終抽簽結(jié)果將在星牌臺球官方微信公眾號進(jìn)行公布。

14.3.3 The draw results will be posted on the official WeChat account of XINGPAIBILLIARD.

（四）申訴辦法及流程

14.4? Appeal Methods and Procedures

1.對當(dāng)值裁判裁決不服的申訴需在判罰后雙方選手下一擊前提出，否則不予受理。

14.4.1 All complaints, objections or disagreements should be raised before the next shot if the player does not agree with the judgments made by the duty referees, otherwise it will not be attended to.

2.如對當(dāng)值裁判員的最終判罰有異議，可向裁判長進(jìn)行申訴，裁判長的決定為最終裁決。

14.4.2 If a player disagrees with the judgment made by the referees on duty, the player can make complaints to the head referee, and the head referee's decision shall be the final.

十五、獎勵辦法

15.? AWARDS METHOD

（一）注冊為中國臺球協(xié)會運動員個人專業(yè)會員的男子選手可獲得中國臺球協(xié)會（CBSA）中式臺球積分排名，積分辦法依照《中國臺球協(xié)會球員積分排名辦法（試行）》執(zhí)行，詳見中國臺球協(xié)會官方網(wǎng)站。

15.1 Male player who has registered as a CBSA member player of the year shall obtain a place on the CBSA Chinese Billiards Points Ranking. The points will be given according to the 'CBSA Player Ranking Points Regulations (Trial)', which can be found on the official website of CBSA.

（二）冠、亞軍獲得賽事獎杯、獎牌，前8名選手均獲得中國臺球協(xié)會頒發(fā)的賽事獲獎證書。

15.2 The champions and runner ups shall be awarded a? trophy and medal, and the quarter-finalists shall be awarded an achievement certificate issued by CBSA.

（三）獎金分配：

15.3? Prize Money

備注：1. 比賽獎金均為人民幣稅前金額，所有獲獎選手由承辦單位按照國家稅收規(guī)定代扣代繳20%稅金。承辦單位有責(zé)任應(yīng)運動員要求為其提供適用的繳稅證明。

?2.“清臺王”是在正賽期間連續(xù)清臺（包含炸清和接清）數(shù)量最多的選手，如多名選手連續(xù)清臺數(shù)量相同，則獎金平分。

?3. 所有獎金將在比賽結(jié)束后30個工作日內(nèi)，發(fā)放至選手登記的銀行卡賬戶。

Remarks: 1. The prize money is before tax in Chinese Yuan currency, and shall be be deducted at a rate of 20% as the withheld tax by the organizers in accordance with national tax regulations. The organizers are responsible to provide the players with the applicable tax certificates upon requests.

2. The Highest Clearance winner shall be the player who has made the highest number of Consecutive Clearance (including kick-off clean-ups and pick up clean-ups) at the final stage. If two or more players have the same number of consecutive clean-ups, the players shall share the prize money equally.

3. All prize money will be paid to players' registered bank accounts within 30?working days after the conclusion of the Championships.

十七、參賽要求

17. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS：

1.男子選手須上身穿長袖襯衫、馬甲、領(lǐng)結(jié)，下身穿深色西褲，穿正裝皮鞋；女子選手須上身著裝得體大方、下身穿深色西褲、穿正裝皮鞋；服裝不符合要求者禁止參賽。裁判長有權(quán)決定選手參賽服裝的要求，如有更改將另行通知。

17.1. Male players must wear a long-sleeved shirt, vest, and bow tie, dark color dress pants, and formal leather dress shoes; Female players may wear elegant tops, long dress pants of dark color, leather dress shoes. Those whose clothing does not meet the requirements are prohibited from playing. The head referee has the rights to determine whether the players ‘s attire meet with the requirements, and may change subject to further notice.

2.根據(jù)《中國臺球協(xié)會裁判員、運動員佩戴商標(biāo)廣告管理規(guī)定》的要求，賽會冠名贊助商標(biāo)識兩塊由組委會統(tǒng)一制作，每位參賽選手必須佩戴在指定部位（左手握桿的佩戴在右胸；右手握桿的佩戴在左胸，手臂上為中國臺球協(xié)會指定商標(biāo)位），否則不準(zhǔn)參賽。

17.2 According to the requirements of the Regulations on the Administration of Logo Advertising for Referees and Athletes of CBSA, each player shall have to wear two (2) tournament logos on the specified positions( right chest for the left-handed and left chest for the right-handed, spots on the sleeves are reserved by the CBSA) , the tournament logos will be made and provided by the Event Organizing Committee. In the event the Player does not comply with the notice provision set out in this clause, the Player is not allowed to play.

每位參賽選手至多可佩戴兩塊商業(yè)贊助或政府標(biāo)識，必須佩戴在指定部位（左胸或右胸）；尺寸不超過5厘米×8厘米，如圓形直徑不超過7厘米。需在報名時申報并由組委會審定規(guī)格及內(nèi)容；禁止臨時戴標(biāo)、尺寸不符、損害主辦方和賽事贊助商的利益；如有違反經(jīng)指正不改者將被取消比賽資格；非指定部位不能佩戴任何標(biāo)識，否則不準(zhǔn)參賽。

Each player is entitled to wear a maximum of two (2) commercial logos or government emblem as personal logos. Players’ personal logos must be on the specific positions (left chest or right chest), with a maximum size of 5cm*8cm or max diameter of 7cm. For the purpose of this clause the Player shall fill out the entry form with the logos of personal sponsors to the Event Organizing Committee for review and approval. Logo(s) not provided in the entry form, or not meet the measurement requirements, or logo(s) including any commercial or promotional material that may damage the interests of the hosts and tournament sponsors , the Player shall be prohibited from wearing such logo(s). The Player will be disqualified from the event if the logo(s) not approved by the Event Organizing Committee and the Player refused to correct or make a change. The Player will be prohibited from playing if logo(s) not on the stated positions.

參賽選手的商業(yè)標(biāo)識涉及政治導(dǎo)向、種族歧視、性別歧視、恐怖主義等不符合公共利益的內(nèi)容，涉及博彩、色情、暴力、煙草等廣告法和相關(guān)規(guī)定所明令禁止的內(nèi)容，組委會將有權(quán)禁止參賽選手佩戴。

Players’ personal logo(s) including or indicating political orientation, racial discrimination, gender discrimination, terrorism and any contents that go against the public interests, or in relation to betting, sex, violence, tobacco, or inappropriate for exhibition, and any contents prohibited by decree in Law of Advertisement and/or relevant regulations, the Organizing Committee is entitled to prohibit the player from wearing such logo(s).

3.遵守賽會紀(jì)律，服從賽會安排。

17.3 Players understand and shall fully cooperate with the arrangements and abide by the rules of the Organizing Committee.

4.未經(jīng)組委會事先同意，參賽選手在比賽期間（12月2日-16日）不得參加非組委會舉辦的各類商業(yè)活動和其它賽事，如有違反一經(jīng)查實，組委會將取消其參賽資格。

17.4 Without prior consent from the organizing committee, players are not allowed to appear in any other commercial activities or events organized by entities other than the organizing committee during the Championships (December 2nd - 16th). Any violation of this rule will result in disqualification from the tournament.

5.由組委會舉辦的贊助商活動、賽前技術(shù)會議、開幕式、球員抽簽儀式、閉幕式暨頒獎儀式均為參賽選手必須出席的賽事配套相關(guān)活動，非正當(dāng)理由并未經(jīng)組委會同意而缺席以上會議和活動的參賽選手，中臺協(xié)或組委會將根據(jù)相關(guān)規(guī)定予以處罰。

17.5 Players are required to attend the related events and activities organized by the committee, including sponsor activities, players’ meetings, opening and closing ceremonies, and awards ceremonies, unless the Player has submitted a reasonable report and been approved by the Organizing Committee, otherwise the Player failed to appear may receive penalties decisions made by CBSA or the Event Organizing Committee according to the regulations.

6.參賽球員須在賽前15分鐘到賽會指定檢錄處報到，由賽會人員檢查參賽球員的服裝、商業(yè)標(biāo)識是否符合要求，并在賽前5分鐘到達(dá)比賽場地入口，由裁判員帶領(lǐng)參賽球員進(jìn)入比賽場地。

17.6 Player must be at the check-in point 15 minutes before the match, where the referees will check the attire and logos to ensure they meet with the requirements. Players must also arrive at the entrance of the playing arena 5 minutes before the start of the match, where they will be led into the play area by the referees.

7.比賽場館內(nèi)禁止吸煙，如出現(xiàn)違反賽會規(guī)定和不文明的行為，將被視為違反體育道德精神受到處罰。

17.7 Smoking is prohibited in the venue. Any violation of the tournament regulations and or uncivilized behaviors will be considered a violation of the spirit of un-sportsmanship and will receive relevant punishments.

8.賽事期間嚴(yán)禁酗酒和任何形式的賭博行為，嚴(yán)禁任何違法亂紀(jì)和有悖道德倫理的行為，違者將被取消參賽資格。

17.8 During the Championships, excessive drinking and any forms of gambling are strictly prohibited. Any illegal and immoral behavior is prohibited, the offender will be disqualified from the Championships.?

9.嚴(yán)禁任何形式的假球、操縱或變相操縱比賽的行為，一經(jīng)認(rèn)定，將按相關(guān)規(guī)定嚴(yán)肅處理，情節(jié)嚴(yán)重的將移交司法機(jī)關(guān)處理。

17.9 Any forms of match-fixing, manipulation, or disguised manipulation of the match results is strictly prohibited. Once confirmed, serious punishments will be imposed in accordance with relevant regulations, and severe cases will be handed over to judicial authorities for prosecution.

10.對于賽事期間的違規(guī)、違紀(jì)行為，中臺協(xié)將依據(jù)《中國臺球協(xié)會紀(jì)律準(zhǔn)則和處罰規(guī)定》做出相應(yīng)處罰。當(dāng)事人對處理結(jié)果不服的，可依法申請體育仲裁。

17.10 For violations and breaches of the rules and regulations during the Championships, CBSA will impose corresponding penalties in accordance with the Disciplinary Guidelines and Punishment Regulations of CBSA. If he/she disagrees with the outcome,he/she is entitled to submit to the Sports Arbitration Committee according the applicable laws.

十八、 本規(guī)程的解釋權(quán)屬中國臺球協(xié)會，未盡事宜另行通知。

The final interpretation of the above tournament regulations belongs to CBSA. Matters not included herein shall be subject to further notices.
